Yamamoto Togo, born Yamamoto Kenzo (山本鎌藏), was a Japanese actor. He began his career in Hollywood before returning to Japan, where he worked with studios including Shochiku Kamata Studio, Nikkatsu Uzumasa Studio, and Shinko Kinema Tokyo Studio.

Born in Negishi, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, Yamamoto graduated from Kinjo Junior High School and initially enrolled in the Political Economy Department at Waseda University. In February 1904, he left Waseda University to move to the United States. There, he worked in various jobs and joined a theater troupe for Japanese expatriates. He transitioned to film acting in 1920 and was discovered by director Marshall Neilan of First National Pictures. He returned to Japan in February 1923.

In 1925, Yamamoto founded Daito Cinema and directed and starred in the film "Phantom Sailing Ship," which ultimately failed. He joined Shochiku Kamata Studio in 1928 and helped establish Fuji Film Company in 1931, but the company dissolved within two years. He joined Shinko Kinema in 1933, later transferring to Nikkatsu Uzumasa Studio, and then moved to Nikkatsu Tamagawa Studio in 1934, eventually returning to Shinko Kinema. Following the creation of Daiei Film in January 1942, he continued at the Daiei Kyoto Studio as a supporting actor. During World War II, his eldest son was killed in the Battle of New Guinea.

After the war, Yamamoto worked as a supporting actor at Daiei Tokyo Studio and later moved to Shintoho via Toho in 1947.

His later activities were largely unknown, but a March 29, 1952, article in the Tokyo Shimbun mentioned that he had worked as a warehouse worker in Shibaura, Minato, Tokyo, and as a translator in his later years. He died of acute pneumonia on March 24, 1952, at his home in Yushima, Bunkyo, Tokyo, at the age of 65.
