- Name: Hwang Hye Young
- Native name: 황혜영

- Nationality: South Korean

- Born: April 22, 1973

The original female vocalist, Lee Yoon Jung recorded all the music for their debut album (also called "Two Two") but was not able to appear on TV as her father opposed. As a result, she made her debut in 1994 when she was brought in as a guest vocalist. She always lip-synced all the songs while on stage but re-recorded most of them with her own voice. However, she always faced constant criticism for lip-syncing on television.
The group disbanded in early 1995 when the two males entered the military for their mandatory service. At the time, she renewed her contract with the agency and began her career as an actress. In late 1995, she was brought back to TWO TWO but the agency continued to use Lee's voice for all songs but they disbanded once again in January 1996. Months later, a new lineup was formed and she was now appointed as the official vocalist but, it was not successful.
She re-debuted in 1998 as part of ARCADE. They released only one album before disbanding but the title song, "After", remains popular in South Korean pop culture.
She is now focusing on her acting career and she is also a host at the home shopping network.
