Woo Sang Hyeok is a South Korean high jumper. He graduated from Chungnam High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Social Physical Education from Digital Seoul Culture and Arts University.

He began representing South Korea at the junior level in 2013 when he participated in the World Junior Championships in Donetsk, Ukraine and won the gold medal.

At the senior level, he has participated in 3 Summer Olympics (2016 in Rio de Janeiro, 2020 in Tokyo and 2024 in Paris) finishing in 4th place in Tokyo as his best result.

He holds the national record for the high jump with 2.35 meters (outdoors) and 2.36 meters (indoors) since March 2022.
