Matsuo Yoshiko is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Nihonbashi, Chuo, Tokyo, currently affiliated with Sigma Seven. She moved to Shinjuku, Tokyo, in her third year of elementary school. At the age of eight, she joined the Komadori theater company, encouraged by her homeroom teacher to improve her reading skills through acting.

Matsuo attended Chuo Ward Totsumi Elementary School, Shinjuku Ward Ochiai Second Elementary School, and Shinjuku Ward Ochiai Junior High School, later graduating from Otsuma High School. She was previously affiliated with Theatre Echo and the Tokyo Actor’s Cooperative Association.

She is married and has a son.
