Han Seung Woo is a South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper, and actor managed by IST Entertainment. He debuted as a member of the South Korean group VICTON in 2016. Han is the younger brother of actress and former girl group member Han Sun Hwa of Secret.

Han competed on the survival show “Produce X 101” in 2019 and was chosen as one of the members of the show’s project group X1 after securing 3rd place in the final ranking. He debuted with X1 on August 27, 2019, with the debut EP "Emergency: Quantum Leap". On January 6, 2020, SWING Entertainment announced X1's disbandment despite their 5-year contract due to a vote-rigging scandal resulting in a lack of agreement between the various organisations involved in managing the group.

Following X1's disbandment, Han went on to promote with VICTON, with the group releasing their sixth mini album, "Continuous", and its lead single, "Howling", on March 9, 2020. He hosted NAVER NOW’s radio show "Blanket Kick" from April 2020 to July 2021 and made his solo debut on August 10, 2020, with the mini album "Fame", making him the first VICTON member to go solo.

Han made his acting debut through the web series “Love #Hashtag” in 2021.

Han enlisted for his mandatory military service on July 28, 2021, and was discharged on January 27, 2023.

On November 27, 2024, IST Entertainment announced that Han Seung Woo’s exclusive contract with the agency had ended.

On December 13, 2024, AURA Entertainment announced that Han Seung Woo had signed an exclusive contract with the agency.
