Lee Joo Won, known professionally as JooE, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and former member of MOMOLAND. She graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School, focusing on Applied Music.

She debuted in 2016 as the group's lead vocalist, lead dancer, rapper, and face of the group with their 1st mini-album, "Welcome to Momoland". The group, managed by MLD Entertainment, was formed after the survival show "Finding Momoland". She also appeared in several commercials and became the face of Tropicana and Baker7.

In 2018, she became the MC of "Get It Beauty 2018" and "School Attack 2018". The group had a few lineup changes when new members were added in 2017 but continues to actively promote in South Korea and Japan.

In 2020, their 3rd mini-album, "Show Me", peaked at #2 on the South Korean Gaon Album Chart, and the group gained a dedicated fanbase at home and even in other countries. Unfortunately, the group's unique sound and limited discography made it difficult for them to gain mainstream recognition, and they disbanded in February 2023.

On June 17, 2024, the newly established Oneul Entertainment announced that JooE signed an exclusive contract with the agency.
