Jang Gyu Ri is a South Korean singer and actress. She is a former member of the girl group fromis_9.

In July 2017, Gyu Ri became a contestant in Idol School and finished the competition in ninth place, thus debuting as a member of fromis_9. The group debuted under Stone Music Entertainment in January 2018 but was then transferred to a newly established label by SME, Off the Record, in September 2018. As part of the transfer, another company - Pledis Entertainment - was put in charge of the group's creative direction and music production.

On 2021 August 26, Pledis Entertainment announced that the complete management of fromis_9 has been transferred to them as part of the reorganization of Off the Record. Pledis then assumed full control over the group's and all 9 members' activities.

On 2022 July 28, Pledis Entertainment announced that fromis_9 would be reorganized as an 8-member group following the expiration of their exclusive contract with member Jang Gyu Ri. It was then revealed that when the management of the group was transferred in 2021, all members signed a new contract with Pledis with the exception of Gyu Ri. Gyu Ri maintained her original contract with Off the Record, which expired on July 31, 2022, leading to her departure from the group and Pledis Entertainment altogether.

The drama "Cheer Up" was her first project after leaving fromis_9.

On August 18, 2022, it was revealed that she signed an exclusive contract with Just Entertainment as an actress.
On September 10, 2024, Namoo Actors announced that Jang Gyu Ri signed an exclusive contract with the company.
