Motoki Masahiro, born in Kitakatsushika, Okegawa, Japan, is a Japanese actor, television host, singer, and former idol. He was a member of the boy group Shibugakitai (シブがき隊), which debuted in 1982 under Johnny & Associates (ジャニーズ事務所). After leaving the agency, he became represented by his personal agency, Men's Art (メンズアート). His legal name, after marriage, is Uchida Masahiro (内田雅弘).

Motoki attended Okegawa Shiritsu Okegawahigashi Junior High School (桶川市立桶川東中学校) and later transferred from Urawa Gakuin High School (浦和学院高等学校) to the evening classes at Meiji University-affiliated Nakano High School (中野高等学校), where he dropped out midway through his second year. He made his acting debut in the 1981 school drama "2 Nen B Kumi Senpachi Sensei" (2年B組仙八先生) on TBS.

After Shibugakitai disbanded in 1988, Motoki shifted his focus to acting. He comes from a family of farmers with a 15-generation history in the industry.

Motoki married singer Uchida Yayako (内田也哉子) in 1995. His father-in-law is rock musician Uchida Yuya (内田裕也), and his mother-in-law is actress Kiki Kirin (樹木希林).

Since 2012, Motoki has lived in London, United Kingdom.
