Takasugi Sanae, born Kinoshi Hiroko (喜熨斗弘子) in Asakusa, Japan, was a Japanese actress whose former stage name was Shimizu Hiro (清水ヒロ).

She was married to thirdgeneration Ichikawa Danjiro (三代目市川段四郎), and they had three children: Ichikawa Eno, fourth-generation Ichikawa Danjiro, and Ichikawa Yasuko (市川靖子). Her grandchildren include Kagawa Teruyuki and fourth-generation Ichikawa Enosuke, and her great-grandchild is fifth-generation Ichikawa Danjo.

Takasugi left Rissho High School for Girls to support her family after her father's sudden death. In 1934, while working as a dancer in Shinbashi, she placed third in a beauty contest organized by "All Yomimono" magazine and was scouted by the Shochiku Kamata studio. She made her film debut that same year with "The Girl Next Door."

She returned to acting in 1948 with the film "Women of the Night."

Takasugi Sanae passed away from a heart attack on November 26, 1995, at the age of 77.
