Park Seung Jin, known professionally as Park Seung Hwa, is a South Korean singer-songwriter and member of the legendary pop-ballad duo Yurisangja. He graduated from Gyeongseo High School and did not attend college as his dream was to become a singer. He made his debut in 1993 as a solo artist and released 2 albums which, unfortunately, were not successful. During his 2nd album, Lee Se Jun participated in the chorus of Park's songs and since both were struggling in their solo careers, they decided to join as a team and formed Yurisangja in 1997. Their first album was "The True Love Story" and it received raving reviews and they have continued to produce high-quality music since then. The duo has mainly performed in festivals but has a strong fanbase inside South Korea and abroad. Park does not appear on TV often as he prefers Lee Se Jun to represent the duo on variety shows or singing competitions. He is married and has two children and also runs his own Youtube channel.
