Jo Young Min is a South Korean singer, dancer, child actor, commercial model and member of BF (formerly known as BOYFRIEND (보이프렌드)). He graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School. He is the twin brother of BF's Jo Kwang Min, but he is older by 6 minutes.

He made his debut as a child actor in 2002 with a small role in the KBS2 drama "Saxophone". He and his brother appeared in over 300 commercials and in several dramas and spent 2 years as trainees at JYP Entertainment.

He made his singing debut in May 2011 as the group's lead dancer, vocalist and visual with their first single, also titled "Boyfriend". However, media critics and the public did not like their debut single and Starship Entertainment (스타쉽엔터테인먼트) tried to remedy the situation by quickly changing the entire choreography in just 2 days. The responses after that were much improved, and the group found a fanbase.

The group debuted in Japan in 2012 and then continued promoting in both countries, holding several concerts each year.

However, in May 2019, Starship announced the group had disbanded after all contracts expired.

Then, in May 2021, the whole group reunited to celebrate their 10th anniversary and released the digital single "Ending Credit". Talks of a possible comeback began gaining traction, and in December 2021, the group officially returned after re-branding to BF with the EP "Adonis".

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on April 6, 2023, and was discharged on January 5, 2025.

He is represented by Westtime Entertainment (웨스트타임 엔터테인먼트) for BF activities and by Play Content (플레이컨텐츠) for individual activities.
