Shiomi Yo, born Katasayama Kisaburo (片山喜三郎) in Tokyo, Japan, was a Japanese actor. Previously known as Shiomi Shigeru (汐見蓊), he pursued a career in theater after leaving Keio University’s Faculty of Economics in 1917.

In 1920, Shiomi co-founded the New Theater Group Kenkyiza with Ishikawa Osamu and Saijo Gunnosuke. He made his stage debut with the group's first performance, "The Starry Night," at Yurakuza. In June 1924, he helped establish the Tsukiji Small Theater with Koyama Kaoru and Hijikata Yoshi. Following a split in the theater in March 1929, he co-founded the Shingeki Shinkokyo Theater in June 1930 with Aoyama Sugisaku, Tomoda Kyosuke, and Tamura Akiko. The theater dissolved in September 1931. In 1932, he co-founded the Tokyo Theater with Aoyama Sugisaku and Higashiyama Chieko, which disbanded in January 1933.

Shiomi became a semi-exclusive actor at P.C.L. Film Productions in January 1934, adopting the stage name Shiomi Yo. He also joined Kansai Shinpai in January 1934. By October 1937, he was a contract actor for Toho and continued working in films during the war years. After the war, he moved to Shin Toho in 1947, returned to Toho in 1952 after the labor dispute, and signed with Nikkatsu in 1955. He later worked with Tokyo Eiga.

Shiomi Yo passed away on July 1, 1964, from a digestive illness at Kabashima Hospital in Nishinagaku, Suginami, Tokyo, at the age of 68.
