Eerie Yet Cunning Story
For me Somebody was a delightful watch. The slow pacing, the story, the characters and the whole overall aesthetic was very fun. People are complaining how they didn't understand why ML was doing whatever he was doing. Psychopaths never have any logical reason anyways for their doings and this is why I loved it. Because I always eat up any psycho thrillers. Somebody was just another level of distinctive art where each and everything was pure art. The cinematography reminded me so much of how usually Korean movies are. It's not everyone's cup of tea and that's totally fine.Was this review helpful to you?
A HIT Chemistry Between leads but a MISS Execution by makers
“If I had a single flower for everytime I think about you I could walk forever in my garden”- Zhang YuSo I initially started this drama because I have watched all the dramas Esther Yu stars in and one fine day I stumble upon the trailer of A romance of the little forest which immediately intrigued me as I a am a huge fan of "she fell first but he fell harder" trope, and now that I have completed the drama i want to say that god do I love YSX and BB the chemistry they gave, they literally gave life to Yu meiren and Zhang Yu. This is my first time watching Zhang BinBin in a drama and he really is so talented. This further proves that the only reason I had to put up with this drama was because of the main lead and that's it.
I had much expectation with this project since they had a pair that was giving the chemistry way above the par however the makers made the most idiotic decision of cutting such intense scenes of the Lead pair, giving all the screen time to the second pair, dragging the lead pair's story to no end. This drama could have been easily a major hit like Love O2O but the makers clearly did not know how to execute the story.
Amidst the slow pacing, the deleted scenes, the screentime given to the second pair they did not fail to keep the drama alive with their immense chemistry. This is why I gave the drama 5.5 stars or else I would have given it literally 0.
l would recommend this drama only if you can keep up with the slow pacing and putting up with bland, unnecessary scenes of the second lead (mind you they do not contribute anything to the plot and their chemistry is boring af).

bunch of GARBAGE
I really really really love park seojun but this drama is really really trash. the plot is just downright boring with super stiff acting from PMYG i have been her fan since healer but my god I was so astounded to see her stiff acting in this project. like I felt no chemistry going on between her and seojun given how this is supposed to be a ROMCOM? I would not recommend this drama I really had to drop it when I usually don't DNF any drama no matter how trash it isgiven how it is adapted from a well known webtoon, the drama really does not deliver. I find ML (character played by Seojun) entertaining at times but how far can one character drag the drama when there's nothing more interesting to it !

THE PLOT ! THE MYSTERY ! THE THRILLER ! THE COMEDY ! THE SEO INGUK!
It has the best mystery and suspense with perfect amount of humour, as it goes seo inguk never disappoints! from the pilot episode till the end i never felt bored of a single scene. the story starts from the get go with the yonhae dong wonder shaman solving mystery in his swag style and till the end seo inguk keeps the same aura. he was really no doubt the backbone of the drama however we really need to give kudos to rest of the cast too ! especially Oh Yeonseo I have indeed scene many people finding her character annoying but that was the point! the essence of her character she is supposed to be annoying at first so that we can get the satisfaction when her character develops. plus I really fell head over heels from the acting of soohyun the way he pulled of prosecutor cha's character you can't help but fall in love. I really need to mention that not a single scene is shippable I really really enjoyed the drama. I will surely recommendWas this review helpful to you?

Very gripping story but got ruined due to historical distortion
i just want little women watchers to be aware of the history distortion and that the vietnamese government requested netflix vietnam to remove it from the platform (now removed). as a little women enjoyer myself, im very disappointed about thisi was feeling iffy when they included it in the plot because kdramas have quite the rep when it comes to inaccurate portrayal of historical events. dont see how the vietnam war is necessary to the plot at this point
this drama couldve been perfect but alas korean media and their never ending list of unnecessary problematic additions to the plot. when will they learn
my favourite part about this drama was the cast especially goeun as injoo and hajoon as Doil. i wish to see them together in a project again

Deserves much more appreciation!
Completed WeakHeroClass1 and uffff I am so so so impressed with the whole cast especially Park Jihoon. The plot was so intense, always kept me at my toes. The amount of emotions I felt especially the fear, agitation and sadness. Weak Hero Class 1 deserves all the appreciation! The theme of the story is definitely about students who struggle through bullying in their school (which is a huge problem in Korea) and it's not first time it is done. But ! once you watch Weak Hero Class 1 you will understand how it's different. The character of Park Jihoon and how he faces everything head on despite of being a struggling weak Kid, is what makes it different.Was this review helpful to you?
