Don't judge by the comments

i know many people are hating it by calling it pedo shit and creepy or whateven. but if u open ur eyes properly, u can see it clearly, the ml never approached the fl before she got under the disguise of guyu. . in comparison to most other cdramas, their relationship is much more mature and not even a bit toxic. he respected her boundaries throughout the whole time. moreover in those times, it was no big deal to marry anyone as long as they are not blood related, leave apart the age difference. moreover there are a hell lot of cdramas about romanticising adopted siblings romance.

overall i am loving this series. the chemistry is no joke. people who are here to hate, didn't u all see the trailer? it was very clear over there that this is not some daily topic. why bother to see if u want to spread blind hate?

THE STARS

Although Dong Eun is supposed to be the main and most important character, the people ruling over my heart are Jae Joon, Yeon Jin and Sa Ra. Their badass attitude puts the screen on fire. Claps to Park Sung Hoon, Im Ji Yeon and Kim Hi Eo Ra for their incredible acting.
Despite knowing that Dong Eun had been badly bullied, I feel that wasting the remaining years of her life just to come back for revenge is killing herself. She escaped the torture but ended up torturing herself. Moving on would have been tough but holding back is tougher. She had the option to lead a better life but she herself destroyed it. The ones who had bullied her have experienced all the joys of life and lived life to their fullest so even if she manages to wreck their life, its fruitless. They are already happier than her. She would still be the one at the loosing end no matter what.

I don't write much reviews. But the comment section is completely misleading. Watch it

The most realistic romance drama I have ever seen. Usually its shown the ml has seen a girl in his childhood and then has been in love with her since then, which I felt completely illogical. Dr. Ning had a feeling of gratitude for Dingding when he realised she is the one who had helped him back then. It was not love back then, and it can be seen when he was happy hearing about her marriage. Dingding's best friend has won the prize of being the best male best friend to any woman in cdrama, kdrama history. i hate it when they show that opposite gender friendship is always one sided love. Dr. ning was a quiet but sensible man who noticed every details and could see through people's wrong intentions but did not interfere unnecessarily, he always maintained proper distance from other females and trusted his love. he wasn't someone too dominant but he was persistant. unlike those who corner the girls and force them to admit whether she has feelings, he always spotted the minor reactions dingding made and pointed them out to dingding. this drama did not show two people overcoming lots of challenges and then confessing love, it showed the actual relationships. it showed how dr. ning approached dingding, insecurities dingding faced after her old relationship, how people usually tend to avoid relationships in fear of heartbreak, compromises and understanding between a couple.
Its funny audience is more angry on dingding than dr. ning himself. I really found no such big deal as they were saying in this comment section. after reading these comments, I had expected any very big twist or misunderstanding to come but while seeing the drama, I understood that there is nothing like that. they are unnecessarily bashing the female lead. they have forgotten that dingding was in love with chen xu for six years and despite their break up, they were still frnds. she could not leave a hospitalized person alone, who is first in comma and then has memory loss. she did not cross the line ever, she even introduced dr. ning as her bf and hugged him infront of chen xu who was sick, clearly showing that chen xu was just a frnd. infact what angered me was dr. ning bringing yuren back with him at the end. I got so angry tha i was abt to throw the phone, why bring an outsider in personal matter? and dingding getting angry at the end was reasonable, while dr. ning everything she had in her heart, she was clueless. but it was not such a big matter as they have made here. LoL
About prioritizing her career, she refused to go abroad with dr. ning and chose her career, but thats because she left left her career and declined invitation to her dream company for her last relationship but what happened? it broke up. so this time she chose to love herself. bringing yuren back angered me the most actually.
In short, I loved this. The most realistic and logical love story ever. My comfort zone.

Came for Wang Yibo, stayed for all

Perfect cast
Perfect representation of love and friendship
I loved their romance. It was slow burn and enemies to lover troupe.
I loved that they focussed on their struggles and hard working in building their career.
The main leads became better people for their love. Unlike other drama where they skip hard work and automatically become winner, it highlighted the struggle and determination.
Love is not just about romance, chessy dates and intimacy, its about standing beside in all conditions, to grow together. Ji Xiang Kong and Qui Ying had amazing chemistry and both as individuals were awesome, they could stand on their own too and being together was the ultimate support.
The second couple was indeed cute. I loved the fl's bff and ml's bff. Pei Xi is my second fav character- our fanboy, who was initially misjudged but was actually an ace in their troupe of players. I loved the supportive character a lot, they had their own stories, own struggles. Qui Ying's bother is another sweetheart, despite the complications in their family, he really loved his sister and was ready to stand up for her always, no matter how rude she was initially.
My only complain is-
Showing Luo Tian has romantic feelings for Qui Ying was completely unnecessary. They were so much better and pure as teacher and student. they could have easily continued Luo tian cherishes qui ying as his only student and respects her hard working nature. suddenly showing that part made me feel bad that introverts often lose their love because they don't even take the chance to speak up. no matter how true their love is, they are anxious to persue it boldly and many a times, undeserving people get a upper hand.
Just like Pexi had agreed to become Qui ying's fake bf, they could have shown Luo Tian faked his feelings so that Ji xiang kong would realise that if he does not treasure Qiu ying, someone else will take her away. i loved it when he bashed Ji Xiang Kong that he was being careless to the girl who loves him selflessly and is ready to abandon her dream just to support him, and was instead being with his ex-gf, that too even after knowing that she was putting on an act. Miya acting to be pathetic gets on my nerves, specially when Ji Xiang Kong chose to wait for her to reveal the truth herself. she was clearly selfish and then suddenly they are showing that she is ready to sacrifice her love. she left him back then to make her career- its understandable. she came back to see him, if he has moved on- okay. now after seeing he has moved on, she needs to go. but instead she did so many things, because of her Qio ying was bashed by media, Ji xiang kong already has so much stains on his career, she gave people one more reason to bash him. and then her act of being blind, get lost bitch. I really wanted her to go blind in the end and Ji xiang kong to think that she is still putting on a act, and leaving her.

Zee's acting hooked me up. Its his only role as a negative character and I loved him (Zee. not Bew)

Zee's acting as Bew was the most eye-catching. I understand Lily and Sonar's demand for justice but I would still stick to my opinion that most of them did not deserve death. Gel and Phone bullied Lyla but they had no hand in that clip. Moreover the person who released and shared the clip survived. Mac was definitely a psychopath and Lyla was no less. Not only was she a bully but also the fact that she planned to kill everyone because she didnot know who recorded and released the clip was equally disturbing. I felt relieved that taking revenge for Lyla turned out to be no one's motive atleast. Plato, Ken and Dan were neither Lily and Sonar's close friends or even any witness to the rape. How could Lily and Sonar blame them for not helping them? Mind recorded the vdo but she never intended to release it and Bozo did not even have an idea. Last but not the least, Lily and Sonar actually deserved to die because although none of the others were too good but not that bad to deserve such death. Bew's endless love for Nest till the end has taken a place in my heart. although he was not good as a human being, his love for Nest was pure. Nest's reason for releasing the clip was actually reasonless. She did not even get Mac's love after doing all those.
