Frustratingly good: watch at your own risk

Overall, the show caused me a lot of pain however, I really find it weird to gather a great amount of satisfaction from watching it. It reminded me of my ex a lot so I had to take breaks from watching this show. But I still get curious and excited that is why I continued watching it until the end.

I watched the show out of curiosity because I got intrigued with the concept. But I found myself crying after watching a short clip from the show without me knowing the full context.

Although I already knew the pairs of ex-couples who joined the show when I started watching this, I still find it exciting when they are gradually revealing them.

I also got addicted with the OSTs of the show. The bg music they used in every scene captures the emotions very well.

The staff did a great job on making the show exciting, and most importantly, on handling the sensitive stuff featured on the show. I find the hosts very witty, and funny, especially Bambam.

But yes, it could actually affect your mental health when you're hung up with your past relationship(s). Watching this show made me question my capacity to love and to be loved by other people. I remembered the host Yongjin jokingly saying that he's having trust issues because of the show, and I admit that it's true. But on the other hand, it kinda helped me at some point to reflect on my actions during my past relationship and to try make things right when the time comes I fall in love again. Therefore, you'll really have to watch it at your own risk.
