Something fresh, light with a little bit of mystery
Watch this if you are looking for something light with a little bit of intrigue. I was in a drama slump wherein I couldn't get pass first few episodes. I found this drama light, intriguing and entertaining that I was able to binge watch it upon release in the streaming platform. I found the two lead actors quite refreshing, as well as the supporting characters. It was very light and funny. The SML and SFL were so funny. It was your usual troupe but I like the twist in the end which I didn't expect. Although not a perfect story continuity-wise, but it was cute an okay and entertaining drama - enough for me to finish the whole thing. Bonus -- I love their scenes in the farm. I look forward to the future dramas of the leads! Ending was simple but sweet.Was this review helpful to you?
Great Watch - wish it could be longer
It's not a perfect story, but I managed to finish the whole series and I look forward to how the story would end. Very entertaining from start to finish. It's a light watch. Lots of great characters except the villains of course and those outside ML's mansion. The cast did a great job. The ML can definitely act. This is the first time I watched any of his drama. Looking forward for more. He's so tall and fit for the role as a general. I'm convinced. ML and FL visuals and chemistry were amazing. I didn't mind the age gap. I just wish they added 2-3 episodes more as the ending felt a little bit rushed and we didn't get a lot of CP time or the wrap some of the fun scenes. I like the character of the sister of ML. It's quite rare to find supporting characters like that. The duo guards of ML were a delight, plus the maid FL.Was this review helpful to you?
So fluffy but some parts are cringey- but cringey funny
I can't believe that I have only watched this gem now. It's a short drama but the story is like the reincarnation dramas that are super long. The story was short and sweet. Although some parts are cringe-y - I do not know how the actors made their way acting through them, but they are cringe-y funny that I skipped those scenes. Overall it's a good fun drama to watch. There are 3 sub stories - because yeah reincarnation. The two stories in the mortal realm have their own depth. As I have said, the actors did their best in delivering, and it was truly enjoyable. My Drama of the Year
There are a lot of great dramas this year, but this one stands out to me. I love the writing, and it was not easy to pull it off considering the story and the premise of demons and humans. I love how you can the writer kept you engaged and kudos to the director and the whole team, there are no dull moments. Kudos to both the FL and ML. Both shines. FL acting is great. She was able to deliver a wide range of emotions. ML is so cool too, rooting for this actor since 100 days my prince. Looking forward to his next project Kudos to the director and the whole team who was able to keep things slow, yet still interesting. I like the mix of action, mystery, and comedy. The director did great in wrapping up the stories of all characters - when all, I meant all. It was just sad that two of the main characters died, but it's needed in the story. So yes, this is my drama of the year - considering the story, the acting, directing and most of all the rewatch value.Was this review helpful to you?
