WHAT A JOURNEY IT HAS BEEN.

Words can't explain how much you love a show, and it's one of the best examples. The only greatest BL made along with Not Me. The chemistry was overflowing, not only explicit scenes but their communcation, body language and romance plotline was 10/10!! I almost cried because this show made me feel so many things. I'm not much into historical dramas but this?? This ate. Cinematography was AMAZING! And it had vibes a lot, i wanted to suddenly shift there in the middle of random aesthetic scenes🫠

The way they could understand each other just by looking at each other was a big YES! We want healthy relationships like this! The kiss scenes were done right, no cringe or unnecessary scenes, no misunderstandings that dragged way too much, no stupid break ups.

Acting was cheff's kiss!! Actors were great at portraying characters and i believe they did one of the best performances ever to exist, i hope they get to work again in a show! All scenes were great and their acting made it better, it felt like you were feeling the characters felt.

I liked the music i never skipped it, so gave it a high rating too!!

Never felt boring at some point, i liked every damn minuted and second of it!

This drama is so close to my heart i'm more into chinese bl's now, thank you Immortality, you are the best BL ever created.

The Impossible Watch

I know that everyone hates this show and now usually dramas people call the worst sometimes may turn out good, but this one didn't even suceed it. There was nothing good about it except the cast. And the fact that acting made me think about dropping it, i contiuned. With a hope of the drama getting better, maybe fixing the things it should have. But it never did. There was no character development, no stable storyline, dragging too much, no enjoyable moments, then what am i supposed to like about this? Well the answer is apparently "the cast" meanwhile the only likable cast in my opinion was Lee Jae wook & Lee jun young & especially Choi hee jin. I liked her character so much that i didn't pay attention to the show anymore. MC's had no chemistry and they were totally unmatching. Half of the time i was confused heavily. The budget was too much for this show.

Before starting this review, i must say that this easily entered my favourite 20 k-dramas of all time, not just because of how good it was but because i loved it so much.

This drama didn't have any boring scenes or moments, it was so fluid and i didn't even realize that i finished it in ONE DAY, i am promising you it's not a 10/10 but a definitely interesting show, not a single boring moment for me and pretty short.

Now let's come to the show, where the problem starts to occur.

First of all the story is a 10/10, this show's plot is one of the if not the most unique k-drama plots, it's so different from others and i can't find anything like this, the recommended ones are pretty much not like this i would say, so the story is a definitely 10/10

The acting is kind of.. Blunt, yes i know most actors are new & rookie but they could have done a better job i guess. I'm hoping all of them to be very succesfull on the future.

Show had some stupid parts but i'll explain them later.

Writing sucked a lot, the mafia game had some issues. The mafia could have destroyed someone's phone knowing that they will be voted, because when you don't vote you get executed, at least they wouldn't live if they didn't either???

Ending was not that bad as other people made it look like, but i don't understand why people make it look like it's the worst ending of all time in k-drama history, i think it's great for a season 2 to clarify some things that didn't make sense in the season 1.

I didn't understand parents. Not just because what they did was insane but literally EVERYONE was blamed.. like what'd i do honey? I just ate my popcorn in my home and watch my K-dramas.

ML and FL victimized themselves and it was awful. The ML was the biggest hypocrite i have ever seen in my life yet he was acting like a 'villain' who wants to survive just like others is a b*tch?

I don't understand how in that situation where you literally DIE you can still care about romance.. literally.. and they were so calm the whole show like they knew it was going to happen. Was it bad acting or bad writing? or both?

Why did they not just get rid of bullies aka most importantly kyungjun first? It would calm down the situation more as he is making it worse.

There is no single likable character..

We still don't know how NYW got stabbed, who even did it and his death was problematic & fatphobic.

Overall, Night has come is an enjoyable short webdrama with major flaws/plot holes, If you want to watch it still go ahead and do it.

This show literally is insane and not very much for sensitive people. But if you can go through all the trigger warnings and handle a dark psychology show like this, i definitely recommend it.

Drama changes your (at least my) view on religions a little bit, but i think most people wouldn't get affected religiously by a show, still very traumatic and makes you question your beliefs a lot.

It's also very creepy and makes you stressed all the time, you are waiting for something insane happen every second. And when it happens, it happens very suddenly which makes you stress more.

Whenever you watch it, you get shocked even more;
"Did he just do that to her??"
"Did she just witness her brother's suicide??"
"Dafuq why is that so creepy"

**STORY**
• 9.0
- Cult thing was really disturbing and the way people here was so brainwashed was somehow hilarious, her dad pissed me off a lot. I don't think they were actually christians, they saw that "Spritiual father" as a God itself, which was very away from the actual Christian Beliefs. It shows the reality of religious cults similar to like this.

**ACTING/CAST*
• 10
- I loved the acting so much, it literally makes you feel the scene as if you are actually going through it. And actors were literally amazing, cast was a masterpiece itself. Seo yeaji did a great job portraying Sang-Mi, i loved her character so much. She went through a lot and never gave up, couldn't have been me though.

**MUSIC**
•7.0
- I don't remember anything so, i can't really say much but back ground music was really fitting the scenes which was also adding fuel to the stressing scenes.

**REWATCH VALUE**
• 5.0
- Even though i loved this show much and recently (like 3 days ago) rewatched it, this drama isn't really rewatchable. Not because of it's bad, but it's really disturbing and kind of slow paced that's really dark, it 'traumatizes' you which is really makes it unrewatchable. Great show tho.

**EXTRAS**
- there were filler episodes and most of them weren't about the plot itself, i feel like they tried to added too much filler episodes to make it 16 eps.
- i loved how they didn't add any romance in this show.
- no one believing her was really stressing, i can't even explain that
- i loved how they added awareness of some serious topics, we don't usually see those in k-dramas except most of them are glorified.
- the places were aesthetically pleasing. i don't know how to explain it but it was just having a vibe, especially at night, am i the only one who loved the town a lot?
- the thought of them only helping her because they first was interested in her was scary, when you think about it.
- makes you feel all kind of emotions

Finally, this drama is good enough and a good thruller / dark psychology. Recommended.

Where is my "Sweet Home"?

If there was a word to explain all of this, i would use it all the time. But all i can say maximum is HORRIBLE!

When i was watching it, i felt like watching another show other than Sweet Home. It didn't feel like the Sweet Home i watched like a year ago.

This show was about fighting with monsters, some people living in a building or whatever it's called and protecting them, now it became about some soldiers with 2 brain cells trying to do something without trying to do something?

First of all, WHERE ARE THE MONSTERS?! There are NO monsters i can say. Almost 0, yes 2 not harmful monsters got some screen time but what about the creative dangerous ones in the season 1? This season i didn't even feel any kind of stress or horror, or any danger, really. Monsters were supposed to be scary and dangerous, and the main plot was supposed to fighting with them, not just doing some rubbish work that i can't even recognize.

Season 1 was amazing, and i'm not saying that they were supposed to focus on romance or something, but them killing off Jisu, one of the most useful and recognizable characters was just too unnecessary. And the reason was the show was called "Sweet Home" was Jisu and Hyunsu. Not just wasted potential but really killing off an important character.

Zero character development, ZERO. When you think of any character developments in this show, you can't name any. Eunyu is the same eunyu, the other ones are the same other ones, and Hyunsu my boy, didn't evet get a chance to show a character development.

This was the biggest issue of the show. Ma'am, idk who you are, but i DO NOT CARE abiut soldiers! I DON'T CARE! CHA HYUNSU IS THE MAIN CHARACTER, NOT SOME STUPID 50 Y/O PEOPLE!
Hyunsu's screen time was NOT there! He was the main character, and what happened? Do writers think that i care about some new characters? NO! I DON'T!

The way they got rid of the imoortant characters too.. Okay, let's say sang wook is possessed by Jung Ui Myeong, and we already talked about Jisu, but why Yuri? She could've been so helpful for us in this season and she is just not there. Eunhyuk coming so long was an ick. Where is my boy? He could've been useful too..!!

The entire drama was boring this season. They added a really unnecessary love triangle, some soldier named Chan young and Eunyu that doesn't even give two flying bucks about him, and when Hyunsu comes back ot will probably be worse. I can't just watch them beefing for a girl instead of fighting w monsters, really..

Unnecessary scenes, not enough clearity or explanation. Soldiers got too mich screen time, honestly i didn't even care about those people who are in denial. Or people who are just.. there. I cared about that 1.50 glassed man from s1 being there more than the survivers in there.

I'm so excited for s3, i hope it won't disappoint us like the second one. We need our Jisu & Yuri back, Pyeon Sang wook needs to come back, Hyunsu needs to have all the screen time soldiers stole from him, and bom (the dog) needs to be there too hehe, and we need the creative monsters BACK! and more.. i hope the issue will be fixed. or i won't have any hopes in this show anymore.

21th Century Girl

I don't know what to say, even though i watched this movie long time ago i decided to rewatch. I like giving myself pain, and i did a challange basically by rewatching this i believe.

At first it seems like a cute, highschool sweethearts rom-com movie but they had to put a damn plot twist, which in my opinion was unnecessary, we already had too much heartbreaks in the movie, all comfort we had was their cute moments.

It wasn't just the cute moments. It was all the second hand embarrasments, falling in love, time spent together, yet they all were rushed. Sometimes you think what would have happened if she never got the names wrong and if Bo-ra told woonho about her feelings.

Ending also leaves us with so many questions like:
"What happened to their friends after his death in the future?"
"Why did he act so cold at the start?" (I know about his POV, i just thought it was weird)
"How did she (Yeong-du) fall for him so easily? She only saw him for a second then fell in love"
"How did he die?"

They really wasted Kim Yoo Jung and Byeon woo seok's chemistry, i am still angry about this

Basically, this movie was "how to ruin a basic, cute and heartwarming romcom into a tradegy just to not have a cliché ending."

Cinematography was amazing, really makes you feel in 1900s, OST was cute too.

The way she never was able to read the letter and she thought he gosted her (well he technically did) were so annoying too. Netflix, when i catch you Netflix.

I loved seeing her in 21th century, but this movie broke me. They need to give me an explanation, just WHY?

HUMAN HEALING DRAMA

Now when i look at it, this drama contains a lot in it, especially when it's a healing drama with containing mental health issues it attracts you to itself.

**STORY**
I loved the plot a lot. It's my first time seeing this kind of drama, so i wad geniunely impressed while watching it.

**ACTING/CAST**
The performance was amazing. The chemistry was overflowing, the way Seo Yeaji portrayed Ko Moon Young and made her a relatable, baddas, and a strong character was perfect. I really liked Kim soo hyun's, Park Gyu young's, Ji Hye-won's acting skills. I also liked how Oh Jung se portrayed an autistic character so perfectly, when you are an amazing actor you are capable of it.

**MUSIC**
Was okay. I don't mind OSTs oftenly lot in dramas.

**REWATCH VALUE**
Listen, i'm not someone who rewatches dramas. But, whenever i feel bored or empty maybe i can rewatch the best trio here, their scenes etc.

Overall, one of the best human healing dramas i can say🫶🫶

Overrated but a good one

Well, when someone is talking about 2016 dramas this drama is definitely one of the dramas that comes to mind first. You know, cheese, romance, well-balanced comedy etc.

But you know what is missing? The reason to overhype.

Yes, i know the drama is good, i highly appreciated how they added the insecurity of being a weightlifter which is seen as a "manly" sport as a girl, they made a reputation and gave the message that gender roles are wrong. Story was good. When it comes to romance, it's a typical childhood swearthearts trope and honestly who didn't enjoy it while watching it? Romance was okay. The comedy was there, the second leads were amazing but their potential was just wasted.

Acting was stable, two professionals, Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung as main leads had an amazing chemistry together but the FL, Kim Bok joo's facial expressions kinda made me.. You know when you're in the middle of a show and the main character does something embarrasing which makes you stop it and go around for a walk, then come back? That was it.

Althouhgt the drama wanted to give us a message about being confident in our body, no matter what size we are, the way FL tried to change her body size just for the Doctor in the series.. Yeah let's not, let's really not.

OST's are good, may add all of them to my playlist.

As a person who never rewatches dramas, i would never rewatch it even if i was forced or paid for it, if my life depended on it i would just watch it in 5x because of all the boring and cringe scenes.

Overall, it was good but why was there too much hype for a basic cheesy romcom?
