Top notch acting by everyone

Sunja’s struggle to find a sense of belonging, both as a woman and as a Korean immigrant in Japan, becomes even more poignant as her family’s legacy unravels. Her journey across different timelines is seamlessly portrayed, blending past and present in ways that enrich the story’s emotional depth.
Noa Baek’s ending is a powerful and tragic conclusion to a character who embodied the show’s central themes of identity, sacrifice, and survival. It highlights the painful complexities of living between cultures and the emotional toll it can take on individuals and families.
On the other hand, Solomon’s continued conflict with his identity as a Korean-Japanese businessman in modern Japan highlights the intergenerational tension and the persistent struggle with systemic discrimination which was a bit confusing.

16 episodes is too long!!!!!

The drama’s core concept—focusing on hyperthymesia and memory loss—is fresh in K-drama, setting it apart from typical romance dramas but the plot occasionally drags.
Find Me in Your Memory offers a thought-provoking exploration of memory, trauma, and love, anchored by strong performances from Kim Dong-wook and Moon Ga-young. While the pacing could benefit from tightening, the drama’s emotional core and unique premise could be an engaging watch for those who enjoy romance with a psychological twist. But I will pass sadly.

overall very good but deducting 1 star for Su zaizai's clingy behaviour even in adulthood

When I Fly Towards You is a charming, youthful romance. The leads share a heartwarming, gentle chemistry. The supporting cast, including the friend group, adds richness to the story. The drama has a certain nostalgic charm.

While the drama’s slow pace allows for character development, it can feel overly drawn out at times. Some scenes linger a bit too long, making certain episodes feel sluggish, especially for viewers who prefer a faster progression. The storyline follows familiar tropes of high school romance. While the supporting characters add warmth to the series, they don’t experience much growth. Their storylines often take a backseat to the main couple, and they are used more for comic relief rather than being given deeper arcs. I wanted more of Gu Ran and Jiang Jia!!!

it's Hella cute!! their kisses served!

The Best Day of My Life is a heartwarming drama that feels like a cozy hug! It wraps you up in the magic of friendship, love, and those small but memorable moments that make life feel special. The characters are relatable and charming, each bringing their own quirks and warmth to the story. Their journeys through ups and downs, laughter and tears, keep you rooting for them as if they’re old friends.

The story's simplicity is its beauty—rather than focusing on grand drama, it celebrates the everyday moments that shape who we are. It’s not just about “big” days, but about finding joy in the little things that turn an ordinary day into one we’ll remember. Watching this feels like watching your own scrapbook of happy memories unfold onscreen.
