I hesitated on watching this film for a while because of the bad review I'd seen and was wary of spending the two hours watching it. I'm a big fan of Woo Sung though and decided to just take the dive and watch it because if anything I knew there were some spicy adult scenes and that would make it interesting enough for me. In the end of it all I was left crying and quite emotionally touched by this story. I can't understand the reviews that I've seen say the story is unsympathetic or too bland for a connection because it really got to me while watching it. The heartbreaking unraveling of a girl rushed into being a woman through love only to be left destitute emotionally and physically was so upsetting but the way it was done was so well done. The music especially really suited the scenes and carried the impact of certain things.

One point I do agree with nay-sayers on was that the end can get a bit too complicated and seem to derail the connection set up in the first half of the movie. There's a secondary plot line that fits but that I do agree is a bit of overkill the overpowers what was a very poetic tale at the beginning. This doesn't make it not worth the time though, I really felt this movie was worth watching. The cast do an amazing job with their roles and they hold strong through the whole thing. The ending is very 'finished' as well you're not left with really any major untied strings things make sense and you can feel satisfied that nothing is truly missing from the picture.

Overall I would say don't go into it with massive expectations and you'll be okay. It can be very emotionally dark though and of course has adult scenes so just know that before watching and you're good. I wouldn't re-watch it immediately but I'm sure I'll revisit this movie in time like I do with Woo Sung's other film Daisy because they're both filmed in such a beautiful way.
