This show in my honest opinion was a big let down for me. This story and show in general had so much potential. However, there were 2 HUGE flaws.

1. The lack of chemistry between the main leads was not only a shame but it was very apparent too. Honestly Nam Joo Hyuck's acting was great in this drama, defo not one of his best. But Shin Se Kyung felt quite inexperienced and her acting was very inconsistent. Some moments were great but others made it seem like she was a first time Idol Actress which her previous works clearly state otherwise.

2. The story was interesting at first but by episode 6 it dragged and honestly it was a chore to finish (which I didn't even manage to do). The fact that Habaek kept losing his powers even after getting them back when saving the female lead from falling off a building was utter bs in my opinion. I purely decided to watch this drama due to the idea of such a potent character falling in love and using all of his powers to save her. And I very much misunderstood and only felt disappointed from there on.

HOWEVER, the second lead couple were a breath of fresh air in the drama and I began to anticipate when Krystal and Gong Myung appeared on screen. Also the acting of the antagonist was pretty well done.

This was the 3rd kdrama I watched ever and it was the first disappointment I felt from the kdrama world.
