The problem in today’s society is that we judge people too soon, either because of appearance or because we have already heard rumors about them, or because of the phrase “first impression is the last impression”. I did that in the past too. But at present, I get to know them and do not make an opinion beforehand.

This inter-generational TV movie was heartwarming, sending in the message that you can find friendship in unexpected people. It shows how a 68 YEAT OLD NEW EMPLOYEE, Nimotto is assigned under a 28year old team leader, Mayuko.

They both are suddenly dumbfounded and couldn’t think how to react. Should Nimotto be respected more because of his age or the 28-year-old be respected more because of her designation? they also face issues when Nimotto is unable to do work because he doesn’t know how to work with the computer and tablets. Mayuko is stressed due to new project ideas and she also has an old employee who can't do his job.

Nimotto is passionate to work so he learns the new working environment quickly and because of years of experience, he knows the stress in the workplace. while working overtime he bonds with the team leader Mayuko who is always excluded from chat sessions of the subordinates because she is the boss. They both form a friendship as they even accidentally meet in a restaurant with their partners. The old couple shares their experience while the young couple learns from their experience to lead a happy and peaceful life. their respective partners also bond over cooking class and feel like mother and son.

The movie also shows workplace harassment, the female employee being bullied, and rumors flying because you have a good colleague. it has good entertainment value and teaches some good values too. some people might think that after retirement who wants to work, but there are some people who find working more recreational than a hobby.

The acting was impressive by all the actors, especially the female lead playing Mayuko.
