I really was excited for this show but it turned out bleh. Saint acting is gd so I thought to give it a try bcoz of the hype it's getting. First 2-3 eps r good. Everybody acting was good especially Zon but saifah's acting is not that good compared to others. After some eps it's just tutor-fighter story. Wats hpng btwn them & how they're feeling & there's no zon saifah couple at all.
Plus: a little bit of acting from all actors. Comedy in beginning eps which is quite gd. Zon's dilemma between novel & reality?. Sis acting.
Minus: 70% is abt tutor - fighter when their story is basically nothing. Senior falls in love with junior but denies it & junior also fell for him & idk when & how?? They just kiss randomly when they still don't know their feelings. More steamy scenes in last eps like 2 scenes per ep.
No story literally. Hwahwa fell in love with Day just like that in 2sec after breakup with fighter.
Last eps r clumsy as we don't know how everything was solved.
As a bl fan who watched Tharntype before this series it's just bland. For me there's no story & clumsy with nly steamy scenes & half of the series fighter basically don't wear shirts. I didn't like the series as it destroyed my hopes. I'm not going to watch it again.

I started this bcoz of reviews. Ae is kind hearted guy who doesn't know he's gay/bi till he meet Pete just like in other BL series. Pete is an innocent,pure,helpless guy who falls for Ae. I like how Pete came out but his acting made me cringe sometimes. Tin-Can relationship is confusionship. Can doesn't know whether he loves Tin or not still he goes to his house, kiss him like couple. How Tin suddenly loved Can is something idk till now. may b bcoz of their 1st forced kiss. Last thing with techno... It's RAPE. How can they approve that script. It basically shows if u love someone then just rape him/her when they're drunk/unconscious & they've no choice to not accept u. Wow. May b I'm gonna watch some scenes but not series. It's just one time series. Infact Ae-Pete also has some triggering scenes like Ae punishing pete when he talked abt mean, kissing him forcibly in locker room & he won't even regret it. But many r loving that scene as if it's normal in real life.

Don't judge a book by it's cover

I started watching BL series recently. There r indeed so many diff story & plots. Acting is gd in all series but in this it's MIND BLOWING. I really love their chemistry & acting. Even supporting characters r very gd. Techno's comedy is in diff level. I can't stop laughing whenever he appears on screen. Just watch it if u r k with steamy (not so) scenes. U can feel the love between those two.
Some r dropping this series bcoz of scenes n first few ep but u can understand it later. Tharn felt guilty for his actions even after years of their relationship. He did those things coz he's angry with type making bad comments abt his gender. He backed off after hearing type's past. Bathroom scene is bcoz he knew type also feels smethng towards him so did that which is again not right but he's the one who stand & helped type to come out of his fear which type declared in special episode. Here type is may b a bi/gay but he hate gays to a point where he won't even feel any attraction towards guys & even if he felt he'll be disgusted by that thought so he always THOUGHT he's straight. Tharn is openly gay so this is the only series where we don't have "I'M NOT GAY BUT I LIKE HIM" or "I DON'T KNOW I'M GAY TILL I MET YOU". It's all open. No side couple as it mainly focuses on Main couple. Tharn & Type both have problematic pasts & they'll come through it together. It's #1 for me.

Very funny

First of all I have to give a round of applause or mew & gulf for that chemistry & very natural acting. U don't feel like watching drama but some couple in front of u. I thought this special episode is nothing but clips of previous episodes or dragging old story but it's pretty FUNNY. I can't stop laughing till the end.
The way gulf's dad pass out on finding abt them & his mom supporting him, defending tharn infront of her husband. This is so real. Some may feel the love scenes awkward or too much but in my pov it's exact & good. All the love scenes in tharntype aren't ugly, vulgar or uncomfortable. They're just lovely. It's not dirty. It's my fav BL series of all time. U can feel some scenes not right atfirst but plz keep patience & u will slowly learn abt everything. This is a really good drama & touches some concepts of our society. Plz give it a try.

Good & Logical

Sotus is the 1st BL series where u can see issues other than just love/romance. Seniors-Juniors bonding & budding friendship between the leads. Both leads don't start off with "Love at first sight" note. They both have rough start with ragging & slowly understanding SOTUS meaning. Kongpob loves arthit & waits for him to until he's ready. Arthit at first ignores growing feelings but starts reciprocating. The only thing disturbs me is the one& only line "I don't like men, I like nly arthit." What does that even mean? I'm not gay but I love him & I'm not interested in women...?????? Krist acting as not good compared to singto. It's akways Kong pob pursuing while arthit doesn't show his feelings.

Light hearted

Acting was ok. I didn't like Yo's acting much in this series. Ming - Kit is cute. Yo acts too much infront of others. Always act as if he's shy all the time. Forth likes yo at first but how come he fell for beam after one night stand. Beam loved kit but having no hope he choose forth. Basically yo-gay, pha-gay, Ming -bi, kit-gay, beam-gay, forth- gay. Conclusion: All gays. How come a gay/bi never felt any sexual attraction(not love) to a guy in their whole life?? One time series. But I did like it than s1. Bgm is good. When compared to other series it's a very light hearted 1 time series with some cringe acting scenes.

I watched S2 first so I feel S1 is not that gd. It focuses more on phayo. Yo's acting is k but sometimes it feels weird. Pha was like dull, "don't wanna act" look most of the series. No emotions in his face. Kit is cute & but Ming was not that gd. Acting is k. Forth does have gd acting skills but again dull face. Beam??? I don't even know he's in the series. Story is dragged till the end. But how many of them r gay at once??? For phayo I can understand (school love), Ming is bi but others??? Forth was like ..... I don't know. What I don't like in both series is "yo's acting". S1 story can b completed in 2 episodes basically ut they dragged.... I may not watch this again.

Best Chinese drama

Not a fan of long episodes but this drama made me stick to my screen. Main leads r fantastic. Story is very good. hesitated bcoz of bromance tag but it's not too much or too less, it's just PERFECT. Loved a drama after long time & willing to watch it again. All I have to say is don't hesitate by BL tag. It's close to original except SOME scenes. Music is too good. Acting is damn good. Every scene is connected & love btwn leads is.... No words. This will be my all time fav Chinese drama. I laughed, cried, got angry, felt butterflies... U have to watch it till the end. Don't leave in half just bcoz u r confused, it'll clear up at the end. I still listen to this music & even it's my alarm tone (wuji). That much I love this series.
