I don't think it's overrated, it's just that we really wanted the first season to continue but instead of doing that they made an entirely new season, added a few more characters and so on. It was just hard to accept the changes suddenly, and while it can't be compared to previous season and how amazing it was, it is still an amazing show I would love to watch. Kuwano san is Kuwano san after all, I loved his speech in e01, made me cry. I didn't like the new female lead, the lawyer in the beginning but I am starting to slowly like her. And the end of episode had me excited for what's in store, and how their relationships are going to proceed further in the series. I am already praying for a third season, the characters in this series are so good I just want it to continue forever.
