My personal rubric for rating dramas:

10: Absolute perfection, 1000% made me ugly-cry more than once.

9.5: Soooooo close but something was missing

9: It was either near-perfect and I loved it or objectively perfect but didn't quite get me in the feels as much as a 10.

8.5: Better than good, but not good enough to be great. Enjoyable watch nonetheless.

8: A solid drama. It was well done but with a few minor issues.

7.5: Pretty alright, maybe I got a bit bored or didn't like something.

7: It was an okay drama. The first word that comes to mind when I think of it is just “eh”

6.5: Didn't really like the drama

6: Definitely flawed in more than one area. I disliked the drama.

5: I got really angry watching this. I really didn't like the drama.

4: I strongly disliked the drama. You can expect a thorough rant when I review it.

3: I hated the drama, plain and simple.

2: I don’t think I’m mean enough to rate it this low.

1: I struggle to imagine how offended I would have to be to give a drama this rating.
