Surpassed all other BLs that I've watched.

I have watched tons of BL, fall in love with many BL Couples, but never been once being engrossed to the story this much. At only third episode, they showed us more than what usual BLs showed in 10 episodes and it didn't feel rushed. I 'tensed up' while watch each episode. The tense that I felt was enormous, and it is without any kiss scene! This series has just open a whole new universe for me. Has surpassed any other BLs that I watch. I'm impressed.

The acting is top notch. Cinematography is perfect. The OST was well made. And it sang by the actors themselves. They has such a great voice.

With only 5 episode, I has invested a river of my tears, with a thousands of emotion. This series deserve a better recognition. They definitely now at a God-tier level.

This one will be hard to beat series in a long run.

Another Dissappointment

I don't want to complaint that I need to pay to watch this as I didn't. My friend paid for it.

But still, it is such a waste. There are no major plot. No conflict and just a continuation of a boring story. Production is bad, a very poorly written script, and I just don't want to start on the music effect. A lot of thing that was not executed well. I can't believe that the special episode is only centered on watching them 'preparing' their wedding. It's about them preparing but with NO full portrayal on how a wedding should be like picking suits, venue and etc. The wedding itselves was very sloppy. It just like watching a cheap documentary.

The only great thing in this Tharntype S2+Wedding Day: Mewgulf + Techno. I'm honestly only kept watching as I have nothing else to watch and my affection to season 1. And now that it has finally ended, I'm hoping for no more. I'm just glad that this series is done.

Less is More: A series that very well done!

Before I start talking bout the series, I'm here to compliment bright & win. Without them, the series won't be this popular and BL world won't be known this much to others. They portray such a great acting and we can see major improvement especially from bright, as Win's acting already bought me since 2gether. They were given a simple plot and script, however still able to make audience to have a roller coaster mood n feelings each episode. Applaud to side couples and actors too. I cried, laugh, happy, jealous, cringe, angry, excite, frustrated.. All kind of emotions.

2gether & Still 2gether, definitely a history in the making for Thai BL series. I've watched many Thai BLs, but this series has a very special place in my heart. They has it flaws, but for me is still one of the best Thai BL as of now. I like that the directors continued with the lighthearted plot of 2gether, and have only a minimal drama in this special episode. Though a lot of haters argues they their portrayals seems like a bromance, never once I felt that. I really felt their love for each other, their shyness and acts were valid to me. All romantic scenes were carefully thought out, and very romantic to its core. A lot of romantic scenes that I can point out from these 5 ep. But I especially love the final kiss, I like how the director played with our heart and chose to be cynical to the viewers. He show the end of the series with the beach scenes, yet suddenly adding the Sarawat song scene. And the kiss, the guitar drop.. it soo romantic!

Besides, non of other series makes me this engaged with other viewers. As it has mixed review, Ive enjoyed commenting, arguing opinions with other viewers. Usually for other Thai BL, non of the series that I feel worth to fight or stand up for (it just how I feels).

Anyway, If I were to choose to recommend a BL series to my friends that doesn't know BL world, I always and will recommend 2gether and Still 2gether. Is a great series for beginner to start with.

A very boring.. poorly executed, n Overall: Bad Series.

Even the hot scene can't make it up on how boring this series is. Honestly I think only hardcore fans of mewgulf would love this season.

Production-wise. Nothing good. From script to sound effects, very low quality. Most of the scenes felt forced an unnatural.

The plot is mellow (not in a good way), an it's anti climatic. I watched a lot of cliché BL, however at least they always have been able to excites me somehow. But for tharntype, none. All flat emotion. I'm unable to cry when they cry, or even angry when something bad happened. It just really booooriiiinnnngggg..... Can we get Lhong back? At least that horrible guy makes me wanna throw my phone to the wall.

Most of the time I 'double clicked' at right screen to fast forwarded it. It's a pity.

& for whatever reason that others tried to justify...

Conclusion: This is a very boring, poorly executed and overall just a bad series. Don't waste ur time, stop at season 1.

Officially, The Best BL Series that I ever watched

When I say ITSAY is the BEST BL drama that I've watched and the series it a tough to beat series for a long run, I can't believe in just 2 months there is another gem come out flawlessly. Especially when I just finished a crappy series, Tharntype 2.

Everyone already knows that the plot story of ATOTS itself is rich n has its own depth. But I've watched few promising BL before that deemed to have a rich plot. But none of it live up to my expectations. Most of it was portrays either 'Boringly' or does not keep to excites me along the way. The 'university' type series is always they fun one even if it is cliche.

But ATOTS brings its ultimate quality. Whether its from cinematography, actings, background music, OSTs, character development, their sexual tension... Everything is a TOP notch. Not even once I skipped or fast forward any part or scene, even if it just a filler scene or non-romantic scenes. They able to grab my whole attention along the way, and fully engrossed with the story development.

Phupha and Tian is the most pleasant BL couple that I've seen. Their love story is a classic/vintage love story of a 2 people ogling each other and fall in love. They didn't talk much about their feelings yet, but they understand each other. So romantic, and so mature. While not communicating, they didn't insert any negative vibe on the love growth and just go along with their feelings naturally. It feels so healing to watch them. The major conflict hasn't come out yet at this point of time, but Im sure they will handle it maturely.

I'm at EP 5, and they already bought me in to write up the review already. Every episode beats the other one, as it just become even better and better. I don't even mind on any kind of story development that they will do for the balance 5 episodes, as I trust ATOTS will only bring the best for its audience.

Edited: As now I'm finished.. Yes, officially the BEST BL drama that I ever watched.

Beautiful secret love story.

EP by EP, my heart skips a beat. The story is not original but this series have their own charms. It's simple, cute and realistic.

The actors are attractive, their chemistry is good and there are lot of cute scenes to be remembered. Confession during sleep scene is cliché but they portrayed it well. And the confession kiss/cry scene is just woow! Their Ost also just really clicked n suited with the romantic/drama ambience.

The only fault that I can point out is the series is too short. Time per Ep and number of Ep does not satisfy me. Thank god there will be 2nd season soon.

The Heart Wants What it Wants

How is wish Oh Aew to move on, and decide to choose another man in his life.. But I guess we can't deny that there always something unexplainable about our heart. No matter how toxic or problematic it is, if that what your heart wants, that what u pursue for.

Ive never been cheated, so I might not really understand the impact of it to a relationship. Personally, I don't like the directors decision to portray Teh as a cheater. But I don't deny the realistic aspects of it. I do know a friend of mine that breakup due to his cheating BF but unable to 4get his BF for yeaaarrssss. He even regret his decision of not forgiving his BF while his BF begging to get him back. Basically, he can't move on as he thought he is.

It just that TEH has been well loved by audiences despite his flaws in ITSAY, this route as a cheater will only makes his character really unlikeable. I simply can't adore Teh anymore. And for OH, he just become a pitiful character in most common eyes.

But what's great about the direction of this series is that it portrays what happened between Teh and Oh Aew in a much more positive view than a negative one. While I'm ranting about Teh, Oh Aew took a different turn. Instead of wishing him ill, he able to find happiness to see Teh achieve what he wants. It feel fresh, and opened my eye a bit.

Plotwise, OSTwise, & cinematography.. its true that IPYTM did not beat it's predecessor ITSAY. But it did not make IPYTM any less from other series in market out there. It still has a compelling story, great actings & wonderful OSTs. It just ITSAY is a masterpiece on another level.

Overall, for me the drama was OK, not great. At first, it felt like every other BL cliche drama out there, nothing we haven't seen before. A bit slow n dull. Yeah I liked too that the series tried to addressed the misconception issues/topics of gays role. I learn something there. But I thought that the story was a bit ridiculous with plot points that don't make much sense. At times, it worked. At other times, it didn't. Besides, the acting is mediocre as none of the actors were able to emote properly. If we were to compare with other BL series that I've watched or other series in general, the quality of this series is not up to par.

However, over time I got interested with the characters. What saved it for me was the characters RAMKING...and MEK/Boss to some extent. Really without them, I wouldn't have like the series at all. It is interesting to see that RamKing couple get very much attention from the series compared to the main couple. I even seen several comments mention that they are among the best BL couples ever. I scoff. They are good, but definitely no where near the best.

Not impressed.

Awkward acting. Mediocre production. Bad storyline. But with cute scenes here and there. Basically I'm bored to the max. I just keep watching to complete what I've started.

Nothing good to say. Moreover the series airing period overlapped with I Told Sunset About You. It makes me feel to compare the quality for both of the series even more. While ITSAY has only 5 episodes, they gave me Triple more satisfaction than what A chance to love provide.

Pity.. cuz actually I like what they have done on LBC. For this one, it a no go.

It's just a waste of time. I sped up most of the parts. Main actors was bad. There are no chemistry and they were awkward most of the time. The main character's acting wasn't matching what the character was supposed to be. The storyline like was ridiculous. Most of BL has cliche plot but if the execution was done well, it might has potential. Plus if the writing wasn't sloppy I still can deal with it. But the production quality is low. Its like a short film that student make. Sloppy and amateur.

Overall its a mess. Nothing good I can point out.

The series has different concept from other BL dramas. It has a light story (a bit cliche plot) with a bit of drama towards the end. As a K drama lover for many2 years, this series has given a vibe like watching K drama. Great ost, handsome leads, has a lot great punchlines and no direct portrayal of intimate scene. I admit that the director shud do better on the final 2 episode. The vibe of the series change due to the drama added. However, it was not as bad as what most are saying. Each scene has a purpose and brought values. I can't relate why people has extreme judgement towards these series due to 1-2 episode. It is truly one of the best BL drama. A lot of emotions came out while I watch it episode by episode.
