For highly rating drama, I didn't enjoy this drama as its score review. Perhaps I am fed up with male main roles who has cool style from other titles, so I think this one (Yu Si Feng) is no different. I came to Love & Redemption, only to see Crystal Yuan, because I like her role as Mo Shan Shan in Ever Night. Chu Xuan Ji is different character, but I like her as well.

The acting is good, but not special. The story didn't offer shocking scenario, so it will not really make you feel too sad, too angry, or too excited. The notable characters in my opinion are Wu Tong, Yuan Lang, Liu Yi Huan, and Teng She.
The other characters I like are Zi Hu and Wu Zhi Qi.

The soundtracks are good, both opening and ending. But I am not interested to singing along.
Overall, I can say this drama is fit for those who expecting happy ending. But still ok to watch for those who seek for conspiracies because there were some conspiracies even though predictable.
