At first I was reluctant to watch this since it is another fantasy/all about gumiho type of drama. However after the first 2 episodes id say it's very fun and hilarious to watch. Hyeri is made for comedy! The way she exaggerates her movements and facial expressions makes me laugh so hard. Also it is good to see somewhat another side of Jang Ki-yong; didnt really peg him for comedy but his character suits him. Loved Kang Hana from Start Up, and seeing her in this drama with a completely different vibe is a treat.Updaaate! Just finished ep 16 This drama is worth your time!! The main actors (and second leads) are just so perfect for their roles. Their chemistry is on point.
The story has good pacing too! Altho it's a gumiho/ fantasy drama; the writing is good and not boring at all.

Great story!
I loved everything about this drama. The main leads showcased the pain, fear and joy of their characters so well. This drama also tackles relevant social/medical issues of people with mental illness and special needs. It has a deep mysterious story that gets you hooked. The music and the graphics are also on point. Seo Yeji and Kin Soohyun's chemistry is off the chart!! Kim Soojyun"s character is timid, caring and selfless while Seo Yeji's character is the total opposite. Also, Seo Yeji's character Ko Munyeong has the BEST wardrobe.Was this review helpful to you?
MUST WATCH ? Best drama of Shin Hye-sun!!
This is different kind of gender swap story. At first when I was reading the synopsis, I though it was weird and absurd. Basically a present day male chef trapped in the body of a queen from Joseon era. However despite the storyline, Shin Hye-sun nailed her character so well!!! The way she portrayed her character's identity crisis surpassed my imagination. Her facial expressions and movements alone are enough for you believe that she is a man in a girl's body. Kim Jung Hyun and the supporting casts did not disappoint. I never expected this period drama to be so hilarious. Watch it if you need a good laugh and be in awe of Shin Hye-sun i promise you won't regret it!!!Was this review helpful to you?
