Overall season 2 reached my expectations ?

I liked the story line,music,and obviously acting of the cast but I can't understand one thing .
What will happen to ML in 2021 who lost FL in 1st ep of season 2??
Let me know if you guys knew ....
And who didn’t watch it and who are looking for a nice cute romantic comedy I definitely suggest it to you guys definitely try to watch it ?
