[ Warning! This drama can be boring for some people who love complex or huge conflict in a drama ]
I regret it... I think I just missed an opportunity to have a wonderful time talking about this drama when it was still airing back then in 2020 (I was so into BL that I have no time watching K-dramas). I'm beyond glad to myself for deciding to watch and complete the 1st season when the 2nd season was still airing so I can hype this drama together with my friends and people out there. It is the kind of drama that will HEAL you, this drama itself is a HEALER! It's a light slice-of-life drama with small-fast-resolved conflict and a fluttering + heartwarming rom-com which I genuinely like.

STORY
I love how they try to portray a completely different type of doctor's life and just generally picture how's hospital's life. Its genre is slice-of-life and I really can relate to a lot of them especially when Jang Gyeo Ul often being misjudged by people because of her "outer character". That's harsh but it's really happening until this day in our society and could be even worse day by day. I also like how they brought various misunderstanding issues that always happened between doctors and patients/patients' families. It makes me understand both sides more. Not to mention how they also fed us with a perfect-strong-friendship kind of relationship that makes me missed my friends more than ever. In conclusion, this drama gives the viewers not only a story but also a lot of life lessons which is worth watching.

ACTING
All of them are BEYOND GREAT actors. The main characters can pull off any kind of acting, from happy, sad, crazy, angry, etc. they ALL nailed it perfectly, FLAWLESS. I really loved when actors could deliver their feelings through their eyes, that's how I know whether they are great, bad, or so-so. And OH GOD, all of their eyes could talk! Even the support actors and the guest actors are all AMAZING. Absolutely nothing to criticize.

MUSIC
I honestly not really a fan of that 90s-thing-music-genre, but I think that kind of music matches perfectly with this drama to bring us back to their university days and let us also feel how it's like back then with the help from their cinematography. It's nostalgic and somehow feels warm to listen to and watch.

OVERALL
I LOVED THIS DRAMA SO MUCH! It's no doubt my cup of tea.

I guess my expectation was way too high

It started with an office work problem, resigned, decided to come back to parent's home, and accidentally met this soon-to-be-special someone there. Yes, a mainstream plot one. Interestingly, this movie could deliver this mainstream plot in such a warm way through their cinematography, and their choice of place and occupation included in this movie. It's like being hugged by my birthgiver (love you, mom) while watching this whole movie. But, unfortunately, they left the important thing hanging which was their parent's opinion about their relationship, like how they'd tell their parents and on what occasion they'd tell them. I'm dying to knowwww, please :( Not to mention their lack to portray how the cast's feelings developed, it's just happened. Aside from all that minuses, Yuuki and Ryo also the others are really great actors. I'm way beyond excited when I knew they'd be in the same movie as a couple, I mean they are both my fave!! What a beautiful yet shocking coincidence!! Anyways, overall it's a great movie even if it's not meeting my way-too-high expectation, maybe just three quarters? that's good already.

ANOTHER GREAT JAPANESE BL SO FAR

I honestly kinda avoid this drama at first because this drama radiates sad vibes which I hate the most (personally) and I don't have the guts to watch something possibly sad at that time (I know I'm a chicken, nice to meet you). But then, the day when I didn't have anything to watch has finally come and it's like fate when I watched a dorama recommendation video back then...this Life: Senjou no Bokura being the no.1 top recommended dorama with the highest rating. I was like, "maybe I should give it a go", then I just watched it on Viki. And IT IS A GREAT BL! I think that was one of the rightest decisions I've made this year :). This drama unexpectedly has a light romance story with a damn "realistic touch" for the problem. Honestly speaking, that kind of problem is probably what a lot of gay couples in this world are facing right now, the endless judgment about gay people are "not normal" and not belong to society. In my opinion, this drama could successfully bring that issue and solved it in the most realistic way possible. I loved it.

Edit: I rewatched it four times this week :)

Gets a little boring near the end but I still love it overall

It is an ordinary school romance drama with a love triangle thing as one of the main conflicts. But, despite the mainstream plot they have, I think this drama is so WELL-MADE. I'd say it's the first Korean proper-BL-drama in history. From how clear and high quality the cinematography is, how the story goes without feeling rushed at all and ended up having 16 ep (that was long), and the soundtrack...they collab with A.C.E, I repeat THEY COLLAB WITH A.C.E!! Everyone knows how big A.C.E is right now and how good the soundtrack is (the title is SPARK by A.C.E). Anyway, as I've mentioned in my headline it doesn't feel rushed at all but otherwise, it gets boring near the end because of their slow-solved-problem method when it's completely predictable.

About the acting skills, none of them I consider as bad. No one. They are all good actors but Kang Yoo Seok and Go Woo Jin are above the other casts in terms of acting skills. I mean there were times when I found their acting was A BIT awkward, just A BIT but visible (not really disturbing, tho).

Overall, I LOVE IT! I know I said it gets boring near the end but as soon as it ends I already miss them and want to rewatch it.

*For your information, if a drama makes you miss them already as soon as it ends that means that drama is GOOD.*

Ordinary enemies to lovers full of fluff

This is light, fluffy, filled with hilarious comedy, and easily digest for the brainless me who hate heavy story. !!Only for those who need to refresh their mind with simple-story series!!
Story 8/10, I personally love enemies to lovers trope with light conflict especially misunderstanding that made my heart aches once or twice cause I hate angst but I want to cry a bit, and I hate thinking too much when watching a series.
Acting 7/10, not the great great one but already facing the right direction. Special shout out to Tod for his gaze and his hilarious act, I enjoyed this series mostly because of him and how "real" his eyes are. I appreciate the "sip pal (re: numbers in korea)" scene but for some scene I did ask myself "am I watching prn?". I think there's no need to go that far.
Music 7/10, love the music in ep8 when Sky kissed Vee's hand after they made up ㅠㅠ but the music for the "sip pal" scene are comedic :")
Rewatch? Yes, absolutely. But maybe 2x speed and some skips.
By the way...
It's been so long since I feel like missing a Thai series right after the series ended, the "IT'S END ALREADY?! I WANT MORE" feeling.
