It's my first time doing a challenge, so I'm going to take it easy and just fill in dramas and movies as I watch them with no added element of difficulty. 

The only condition is that I have to have watched the complete drama in 2024.

Since I actually enjoy reading through other people’s profiles, I guess it’s only fair to fill in my own a bit.

About me:

I’m a language, comic book, movie and book nerd from Europe and work as a freelance conference interpreter and translator (think Nicole Kidman in „The Interpreter“, only that I’ve never been shot at).

I mostly watch Japanese and Korean dramas, but I sometimes also expand into Taiwan and Thailand, mostly when it comes to BL.

Genres/topics I enjoy:

- supernatural: e.g. Tale of the Nine-tailed, Uncanny Counter, Revenant

- slice of life/daily life: e.g. Hataraki Man, Bokura no shokutaku, Bokutachi no Konai Hoso

- psychologial thriller:e.g.  Flower of Evil, Beyond Evil

- romance: e.g. Touch your heart, Ousama ni Sasagu Kusuriyubi

- buddy „movies“/bromance: e.g. Bad and Crazy, Bloodhounds

I don’t really like Asian historical dramas, overly silly comedies or horror.

I read! :D

Almost everything with the exception of sci-fi and horror. But to be honest, I’ll give most recommendations a try.

I love (high) fantasy. Terry Pratchett is my idol with his superb use of language and his incredible wit. Tolkien, of course and of the newer authors I’ll just mention Becky Chambers <3 and Leigh Bardugo.

I’ve recently decided that I’ll probably never get beyond volume 6 in the Wheel of Time and am still waiting for GRR Martin to finish writing Game of Thrones, before I watch the tv show XD

I’m a feminist and staunch ally and probably older than you think :P
