Very refreshing Cdrama! The first part is almost perfect!
Very refreshing Cdrama. The chemistry is off the chart! I always associate Cdrama with tropes, cliches and fluff. the first part of this drama showed me a different side of Cdrama.
My first Cdrama that portrays a vulnerable male lead. I love their process of accepting both of their vulnerabilities together (okay except when they totally flip the story line!!!). The female lead might seem annoying to some, but her character is relatable to most of us on so many level. Not so much of damsel in distress. It would have been perfect if they end it in the middle instead of following the tropes of cold CEO.
Evan Lin is great considering this is his first lead role. He made us really believed that he's blind. A cold blind person that is trying hard to keep everyone out. The second part of this story spoilt the whole plot for me. It was rushed, a lot of plot holes. In the first half, he was all about accepting his vulnerable side, opening up and learning to be tolerant and bam! he turns into a knight in shining armor, out of nowhere. pfftttt! it was purposely filled with tropes scenes and plots (eye rolled), I understand the tropes scenes need to be there to cater to the market segment, but the first half was soo promising!
I still Highly recommend this though!
