I really love this kdrama since the 1st episode. This is a whole-heart comedy, I love the main lead and 2nd male lead, I like both. the relationship between both brothers is amazing, the love square and silly female lead. first, I was skeptical about the brain surgery part cuz tbh it's unethical and should not be allowed in real life but then who does the medical since will improve, if you keep the logical part aside this is beautiful Krama, I love this.

ppl are saying how could 2nd ML kiss the Main FL? but if you look closely it is the first time for him also has feelings for someone, he knew FL liked his brother he still goes for it, and things are getting more interesting.
