Pretty decent BL
Overall, it was a pretty good show. It really gets you on your feet, wanting more each time you finish an episode. I found the show pretty enjoyable on a Saturday night. The show does contain a lot of triggering materials, so make sure you read those so you don't have any surprises (?) when watching.The plot was pretty messy to put it into simple words. Always having plot twists, LOL. I found the plot twist pretty fun and exciting since I'm pretty into those kinds of shows. The plot could have been better. I haven't read the novel, so I'm not exactly sure how the real story goes, but in the show I feel like some of the characters could have been more "close" to each other in like a friendship way. I want to see them interact and grow with each other more. The plot didn't really seem to go anywhere except for people just fighting all the time. Also, the ending was not really the best. It felt incomplete. I really do hope for a season 2 to clear up some misunderstandings and give more information to viewers.
With the cast and acting they did great! I really liked the cast. They did a great job portraying the characters. But the acting could have been a little better. Like with the stunts they could have been a little more realistic in a way (?)They did do great on the fighting scenes that was fun to watch. But overall it was really good acting. I would maybe say one of the best acting I've seen in a BL.

Best of Bae Suzy
A great show overall! But it was a little short. If it was just a tad bit longer, like maybe 8 episodes, the viewers could get a better understanding of the characters and how the plot plays out.If we just had a little more details in the plot here and there, it could have been a very strong story.But the story itself was pretty basic. I feel like we could have had more plot twists. The plot twists that were there weren't the best in my opinion. It wasn't strong enough to make the viewers feel something. I feel like the writing of the drama could have been a little stronger. They should have added more provoking lines. But either way, it still turned out pretty well. The ending was OK. I would have asked for a better ending. The ending just seems a little bland. It could have been more action-packed and left us with a cliffhanger, maybe.The acting was good, if I may say so myself. I've seen a few dramas that Suzy has acted in, and this is the best. With this drama, you can definitely see how Suzy grew as an actress. I want to see her in dramas to come to see how much she improves! I think Suzy did a great job on playing Yoo Mi. She really brought out the best and worst of Yoo Mi in a great way. The rest of the casting and acting was pretty great as well.
I almost forgot but I just have to comment on the music. It's so good. I really like listening to these kinds of "classical" (?) I'm not really sure like orchestra type of music music and the OST is really giving me those vibes. I find it really enjoyable to listen to!
But if you are bored and looking for something like Inventing Anna but in a K-drama version, I would recommend this. I'm a sucker for these kinds of dramas, so that's probably why my rating is pretty high LOL.

Plot is going too fast
I've never been so confused about the plot in my life. It doesn't feel like the plot is going anywhere. This is my first time watching these Chinese drama shorts and I'm not impressed. I saw from another review that this is typical for these kinds of shorts but this stuff is really not for me. It really seems like those YouTube videos "10 types of ___" if you know you know. That's the type of quality it's giving me. The acting is the same as well. As well as the use of sound effects LOL.Another thing it reminds me of is Manhua's. The plot is really giving like every romance Manhua that I've seen so far. It's pretty funny how bad it is. I crack up during episodes because it's cringey and like not realistic at all. I've seen a few Chinese dramas and I expected around the same acting 'quality' at least but I guess not. The acting was worse than others. But it is still watchable. Because of the length of the drama I can't really give it a worse rating because it really isn't made to be a detail packed drama.
If you want to watch something with a decent plot and better acting I would suggest you watch a different "show" than this one. If you're really bored and just want to watch something mindlessly you can watch this. You just have to be really open on watching pretty bad acting. It's not the best but you'll survive watching it LOL. I'm dropping this title but I might pick it up again if I'm really bored it depends.
