Amazing cast!!
Kimi ni Todoke was one of my favorite anime of all times. I rewatched it many many times back then so I was very excited about this drama adpation, as well as nervous that they wouldn't be able to do it justice.Turns out my worries were in vain--they did amazing with this!! I really really like it. They stuck closely to the original story and it feels very well done and round.
My favorite part about it is the cast. I think they found very very fitting actors for the characters!! I was immediately amazed with the casting choices for Sawako, Chizu and especially Kurumi (srsly Kanon is such a perfect fit and her voice acting is also amazing!)
But after watching a bit I also felt that Ayane, Sanada and Kazehaya were cast very very well!! Suzuka Ouji's Kazehaya is incredibly charming, I found myself falling for him too~
Pin was a fun match too (I hope he can be added to the cast listing on MDL)
Overall I think this is a very well done drama adaption. It feels well rounded. I know sometimes drama adaptions of manga or anime series feel a little cheap or cringy but it's really not the case for this one. Whether you follower the original series or not I recommend to give this one a go!

New favourite Drama
I actually started this Drama for Ahn Hyo Seop and Byungchan, but I seriously fell in love with the whole cast. The actors portraying the four main characters are doing an amazing job. Shin Ha Ri especially is so charming that I want to watch more of the Kim Se Jeong's work. The drama has some classic tropes that have been done a hundred times before-- but they are done so well!! The story really works well and doesn't feel tacky or over the top like other dramas with these tropes might do.
I equally loved both love stories, which doesn't happen too often. I usually tend to either prefer the first or the second couple, but this time I was really intrigued by both and couldn't wait to see how they turned out.
Even though it does touch on some serious topics from time to time, it's mostly a sweet and fun drama that's easy to watch. So if you're looking for something serious or dark, this might not be for you. But for me personally, it was exactly what I was looking for.

i just loved this. a lot. a lot.
idk why the reviews are so on the fence about it--it's a sweet story with good actingit's on the simpler side but i liked that, i think a lot of thai bl's have a plot that's all over the place but this one actually makes sense
also no cringe ad-type-scenes like in other bl ((guess they had enough budget to stick to more subtle product placement) and i already said it but the acting is good imo
ofc it has some unnecessary drama but not to the point it gets super frustrating, it's a lot less than other thai BLs i've seen and well, this IS a drama so it's part of the genre
also i really loved the friend group and other side characters, they had distinct personalities and felt rounded
i lowkey highkey want a drama abt Maithee, i think he is v fun and a sweet friend but also feels like the kinda character who's always joking around and bc he's scared of getting hurt/opening up and i'd love if that was explored in his own story--maybe with sean or phoon or someone else entirely ((ngl kinda shipped him with prince but that can't happen for obvious reasons))
anyway i highly recommend this drama
