A very anticipated series but it’s quite a disappointment

I was waiting for watching the series but honestly after 12 episodes watching it feels a bit like a torture. You would think it’s a musical series with lots of performances, singing, dances, stunning choreography well you won’t get almost anything here.

The most problem part is changing the original plot and creating a couple out of nowhere from Sol and Nassy while in the Korean version Sol never cared about Nassy it was always SolPiano. If you don’t know Nassy just enough to say she’s the most annoying female character I’ve ever seen with very bad personality. Completely absurd why Sol would like her but unfortunately he does and without in love with her even starting a relationship with her.
While Piano gets Sun’s twin brother Ray for her love interest. So they messed up the original plot very badly and made the story unrealistic.

The good part of the series is Saint’s acting, he makes the series keep going but even Sol’s character is lacking, which is not his fault but it’s on the screenwriters
I’m most probably going to finish it after watching 12 episodes but it’s not a big pleasure.

If you like the annoying girlfriend trope this series is perfect for you or if you’re a devoted fan of Saint’s acting like me.

Cutie Pie series is very overrated. There are lots of issues with it, the most prominent is the lack of chemistry between the main couple ZeeNuNew. They're one of the worst match I've ever seen. Their huge, 10 years real life age gap isn't helping either.

They can’t make me believe that their respective characters are in love with eo bc of the actors has no chemistry or bond or harmony. Watching them kissing is so painful, they're completelyout of sync, there's no chemistry here or emotions delivered or sexual tension.
Nothing happening, no butterflies no magic. Zee sweating blood to deliver the kiss scene but New is like a dead fish with open mouth. He doesn't know what to do with Zee, he can't respond the kiss, it's really a horrible experience to watch it.

New's acting skills are very poor, he can't convey any emotions, he can't control his facial expressions. His bad acting affecting Zee who was brilliant as Fighter in WHY RU but here he's struggling badly bc New isn't a partner for him.

The arranged marriage trope is toxic as hell, also the relationship between Lian and Kuea, Lian only using Kuea. The drunken kiss scene without consent is another big issue and people find it romantic which is very concerning.
Also CP is posing to representLGBTQ+ community but in reality they just make them upset, I read many comments about it.

MaxNat has more chemistry but they have the exact same huge age gap. New and Nat looks younger than their age so looks like two daddy is looking after their kids and making out with them.

If you like toxic and boring BL tropes than watch it but don’t expect any butterflies or magic nor great acting. The cinematography is nice and the locations but I can’t say any more positive things.
