Very slow pace

I wanted to try this drama out because of how highly rated it is, but the plot does not interest me at all. The drama is very slow pace. I have not seen much interaction at all between the leads and I'm already at episode 15... The family problems is very overwhelming and seems more like a political/family type of drama than romance. Watched up to so far and I do not see an intense climax as it is mostly just showing family problems which feels really back and forth. I do not feel any suspense or anything to grab onto that makes me curious of what will happen in the next episode. The acting is pretty good, but storyline is really dragged and gets boring.
