A magnificent surprise that became one of my favorites

There's everything I like in a dorama. Wonderful chemistry, interesting story, well-developed and explored characters... it held me from beginning to end! There was no winding episode, they were all essential and perfect! For me, there could be many more episodes! What a fascinating story! The supreme of the moon is one of the best characters I've seen so far! It left a little warmth in the heart and also a hole for being over! I recommend this dorama to everyone!

Overrated dorama

From my point of view, goblin had everything to be a dorama 10/10, however, some things left something to be desired. Until episode 13 I thought they got involved a lot in some scenes, and many could be easily deleted... since from ep 13, where it really started to get interesting, I felt that many explanations were missing and could have had a more complete and interesting outcome. At first I found the story shallow and some scenes were repeated over and over again (for example, the goblin's sister carrying the dishes on her shoulder while she was queen). The secondary romance got on my nerves (as well as the secondary character), because it was just winding up and a boring and forced story, I wanted to move forward every time Kim Sun appeared lol.. The best part of the dorama was certainly the friendship between the reaper and the goblin.

I thought the ending was very shallow, it didn't explain and didn't show much that needed to be clarified/better developed, even I didn't believe that that was really an ending. Anyway, I was sad about these details, because the dorama had everything to be one of my favorites.

The plot is full of twists and turns, with very well developed characters and a story that holds the viewer. The dorama can mix romance, action and fantasy well. I also loved the diversity of characters (phoenix, fox, monkey, newt, snake...).

For me, the highlight goes to Teng She, the Celestial Serpent. He steals the show every time he appears! I even wish he had had more screen time and a greater development of his story. Definitely, my favorite character!

Now, the only part that tired me a little was when Linglong got stuck. I thought they extended this part too much, and the pace was a little dragged. It looked like it would never end! Other than that, the dorama is excellent and has a great balance between the drama and the lighter moments, as well as an engaging romance.

Overall, it's a very good dorama and worth watching!

The best story ever!!!

This is one of those doramas that holds you from beginning to end, without a single episode that makes you lose interest. The story is so well tied that each chapter contributes to the development of the plot, keeping the energy and intensity up there. What impresses most is how each character is incredibly well developed, all with clear and complex motivations.

The main character has distinct relationships with each of the other characters, forming a wet of love and deep connections, each in its own way. This makes us reflect on the various forms of loving: be it careful and unconditional love, repressed and unhealthy love or that silent love full of dualities. Each character relates to her in a unique way, bringing layers of emotion that make the dorama even more engaging.

And you can't stop talking about the love pentagon - yes, there are more than three people involved here, which raises the plot to another level. The chemistry between the characters is explosive, full of moments of jealousy, desire and tension. It's that kind of romance that always leaves you waiting for what the next move will be, who will conquer the protagonist's heart and how others will deal with it.

What makes I Lost You Forever even more special is that nothing seems unnecessary or forced. Every relationship, every scene, every dialogue is relevant, making you completely immersed in the story. ❤️‍

We can't deny that it's a classic, I even see several new fantasy dramas with references and some things similar to ashes of love. However, I thought that in some parts they wrapped up a lot, including some scenes you could go easy to move forward without missing anything significant in the story. In others, they passed in excess memories and flashbacks. I think that if there had been 30 episodes instead of 60, the story wouldn't have been dull and it would be much more interesting to follow. I also found myself several times preferring Run Yu to Xu Feng, and even rooting for Run to stay with Jin Mi.. I think for having watched until the end of the moon before ashes of love and loving Luo Yunxi's performance as Tantai Jin.

One thing that bothered me in the story was the lack of development of some secondary characters. Mu Ci and Liuying's romance did not have enough development to like the couple, cheer and suffer for them. When the couple showed up I always went ahead because it was indifferent to me.

It's these details that made me not put ashes of love as one of my favorites. Despite being a classic, I think other more recent doramas (lost you forever, story of kunning palace, love between fairy and demon, until the end of the moon) won my heart more and this made me have a high evaluation rule especially in period/fantasy doramas.

Superficial and boring story

It's a dorama with ups and downs, prevailing the lows. At first I wasn't enjoying the dorama at all. It took him a while to get in and get interesting. They focus a lot on dialogues and everyday family matters and that was leaving me impatient. There was even almost an entire episode that they spent just discussing about a ✨table✨, a subject that was totally irrelevant to the story, that classic sausage filling. Only after the first 4 episodes did it start to improve and the story began to engage.

However, back in episode 22 the story began to decay again... with many dialogues and scenes that were not missing and were disposable. Most of the parts were dragged and superficial.

For me, the chemistry and development of the main couple was very failure. Although the protagonist was very intelligent, she was also very childish and naive, which for me did not match with the serious and mature general. In my view, A'Yao would be the perfect match for the protagonist, the two were very similar, they were in similar phases and were much more aligned as a couple.

As the dorama passed, I was increasingly losing the desire to see because of superficial dialogues and entire episodes that added nothing to the story. I think the dorama lost the timing and sinned in the number of episodes (about 20 would be enough). I had to go through several parts to be able to finish! For me, it doesn't reach the feet of, for example, lost you forever, story of kunning palace, till the end of the moon and love between fairy and demon. It's just a series to watch without paying too much attention and to pass the time. I wouldn't recommend it.

Completely avoidable story

It didn't work for me. I wanted to watch this dorama for seeing so many positive comments and for saying that the romance was wonderful and with a lot of chemistry... however, I'm on episode 18 and so far it hasn't caught me... the story is practically just them playing videogames, and talking about satellites/aerospace area and the involvement (until now I haven't seen any chemistry) of the couple. There's no more emotion in the story, and the theme didn't please me very much. I like stories that hold, take your breath away and that are deep, intelligent and full of twists, this one is very shallow and focuses only on everyday life.. I had to watch skipping most of the parts to get to ep 18 and see if it improved, but no.. it may be that there are better scenes and the chemistry improves, but I don't think it will be worth it for me to continue since so far I didn't like it! A shame!

You won't miss anything if you don't watch this dorama

The dorama started well, but was completely lost before half. There were many slow episodes that did not leave the place. Some stories and characters didn't seem to be missing in the plot and don't help make the plot more interesting. It lacked depth, connection and more dramatic scenes (those that give chills in the belly and chills). The dorama plots are weak, many of them didn't make sense because they happened purely for lack of dialogue. The chemistry was ok, no big deal. The protagonist was often apathetic, expressionless and standing without saying anything, as if they had really forgotten to write a dialogue for the character. I thought that the secondary characters could also be better explored and with more engaging plots. The plot is lighter, with many scenes on the comedy side, something more silly, a typical afternoon session (not that I don't like it, but something there didn't work out and didn't make me want to pay attention). Anyway, it's not a dorama that holds you, that has all the well explored spheres like lost you forever, story of kunning palace and love between fairy and demon. These three I recommend with my eyes closed!

Impeccable story from beginning to end

WHAT A WONDERFUL DORAMA FROM START TO FINISH! ♥️

Guys, if there's a dorama that will hold you in a way, it's "Story of Kunning Palace". Seriously, I was completely enchanted from beginning to end! The story is simply perfect, full of twists and turns that leave us with our mouths open. Each scene is a slap of emotion and surprise.

What about the chemistry between the characters? My God, what a surreal thing! It's really creepy. And those kisses? I swear, it's to make the screen catch fire! It's that kind of romance that makes the heart beat harder and the eyes shine. What about that love triangle, or rather, love square? What about the jealousy scenes? Hahaha I loved it!

The characters are very well built, each with their story, their conflicts, and all are played by incredible actors and actresses. The protagonist is strong and determined, without a shred of songuice!

And the end? Guys, it's VERY happy! It's that kind of ending that we want in every dorama, but rarely see. I left with a warm heart, very satisfied, and wanting to watch everything again. Seriously, it's an ending that makes us sigh and thank you for watching it.

It's a masterpiece that you can't miss. This dorama is all we ask for and a little more - intelligent, exciting, with a breathtaking romance and an ending that leaves us in the clouds.

Unmissable! ♥️

A wonderful story of tearing our feelings

Sensational. It's a strong drama, which shakes our feelings in every way. About the ending, I consider it an exciting ending, but not sad as many said. The couple's chemistry is unique, it's a real breathtaking dark romance. Despite suffering along with the suffering of tantai and the protagonist getting on my nerves sometimes, with her choices and lack of communication, I also understood her side and the story did not lose for that. There are so many twists and turns that we generate a mixture of feelings, be they happy, sad, nonconformist and hopeful... and each of them build this story that is worth watching and getting emotional. I would see it again and recommend it to everyone... what a fucking dorama!
