I found myself thinking a lot after watching this movie, it has left me deeply emotional , it had a really unique story, and the flow was just unraveling

120 gripping minutes where u follow a story unfold, it goes back and forth between present and past and at times leaving you itching to stay a bit more on either of them

this is a faithful adaptation of a chinese movie by the same name albeight it improves significantly on the original with slight touches that makes meaningful impact

The story leaves a small question or 2 intentionally unanswered and this really makes you wonder and start filling the little gaps on ur own, While sometimes this can be frustrating , its actually brilliantly done here

who hasnt heard of goblin? if u r here, then chances r u have already heard of all the hype and the positive stuff about it, time for the other side of the coin review,

goblin starts out with a fantasy story that is really damn good, first episodes takes a while so u scroll down to find goblin's episodes r actually 90 minutes long, okay so thats a fancy sneaky way to advertise a 24 episode show being 16 longish episodes,


acting is great , nearly every actor/actress feels perfect for the role except for the little important main lead actress Kim Go-Eun, she feels so wrong casted on so many levels, something just feels off from first time u see her on the screen, 12 years difference between her and gong yoo just adds oil to the chemistry on fire already.., every other single relationship between the characters is perfect, the chemistry is just amazing inbetween the rest of the cast


execution: this drama was amazingly executed but it suffers horribly from the most common trend korea does, IT DRAGS THE HECK OUT, if u thought 90 minutes can be tolerable at first 5 episodes w8 till u reach some filler episodes around 12~ holly molly how can there be literally Many filler scenes in such a drama?

overall: this drama is well written, it drags Alot,if u can get over that and Kim Go-Eun, its enjoyable

This movie is good, sweet, and gave a shot at telling an Amazing story with its Amazing set of actors/actresses

I loved alot about this movie : Great atmosphere, Great scenes and cast, Great colors and a Great introduction to our story
The actors really nailed their roles, with one small exception that was best left unadded


Tho i didnt like that
The movie tries too hard telling some stuff that is best left for the imagination, and ignores the fine important moments.

When you set up a magical trip , You have to either show up big or leave the trip to the imagination

There is something unique about Zhou Dongyu's choice of movies to star in.

I came into this movie with high expectations expecting an emotional story as its the custom with movies staring her
its a really good, realistic and engaging story with some fantastic acting from everyone .

Every one had chapters in their lives when they thought life would stop, you get in one hell of ride to visit some one's own chapter

this is the kind of movie where popcorn would probably not be very appealing , grab your seat, close the lights and enjoy this movie :)
