Webtoon Fan
I am primarily a fan of Odd Girl Out, the webtoon this is based on, so my review is biased.I've seen the first season, and I did like Arin as Nari. But Yena was great too, and I can't say I preferred either one, they both portrayed Nari well. I also liked both Doah and Jihan as Seonji. It's weird at first to see a different cast, but both casts did excellently.
This season, as others have said, sticks closer to the webtoon than the first season did. I certainly prefer that. They definitely rushed the plot though, I think they could have told a really interesting story if, for instance, they had only focused on the publicity department storyline and nothing after that. But I like the story overall.
I wonder why they chose to have Yuna present in this season? I am curious about that.
Oh, and Mirae...the actress does well, but I think the editors could have done a better job balancing the audio as I always felt like turning down the volume when Mirae spoke!

Fresh and unpredictable
This is a great Japanese drama. As I understand, it is based off of a manga & anime, neither of which I have seen. The plot is my favorite part of the drama; it felt fresh. There were several twists that I did not expect. Rather, I expected characters to follow certain tropes, but instead they did not. I really enjoyed not being able to predict what would happen next.
Unrequited love is a typical plot point, but usually for the sole purpose of leading to a different romance. This subverts that.
The characters were rich and I could end up seeing things from most of their points of view. Although each character acts badly at times or does the wrong thing, I can't help but to sympathize with them especially for the high schoolers, who are young.
It is a beautiful drama and I would highly recommend it, but I would also recommend watching it alone or with those you are very comfortable as there are sexual scenes, some of which are uncomfortable to watch.

Strange plays
It's the second season of the show, but with a different theme. This theme is about Covid-19 as well as other medical conditions to be aware of. It feels a bit like an advertisement made by a hospital. At the end of each episode there was a short "play," unlike the first season. The plays feature the cast members as if they are in some sort of drama club, and they are about whatever the medical issue was of the episode. They are a little funny but mostly weird.
The overall plot was pretty boring and they didn't focus on the character Thep much this season. However, there was a little more focus on the interpersonal relationships which was better than season one.

Sweet but typical
There is one main story of one of the girls, and the rest have their own stories to follow as well, just not as much as the main character. The main girl is supposed to be your typical ditzy but loveable one. I usually think characters like that are stupid and annoying at times. My favorite was Enjoji, because she is quite different from the others, more confident and seemingly knows what she wants. Rio is a pretty cool character too, but Mizuho was hard to tolerate. Romance is a large plotline of the drama, and I wish there was more focus on the friendship between the four girls. I went into it expecting more about the friendship. But it's definitely a fun watch nevertheless. Was this review helpful to you?
Cute but boring
I watched it because I liked one of the actors. But I was disappointed by the lack of plot. It felt like an advertisement for not falling for scams. It was kind of cute, but not very funny or interesting. However, I did watch the second season as well just to see if it would get more entertaining.I think the target audience is middle schoolers or young teenagers. If I were that age, I might have enjoyed it more. The relationships are simple and juvenile, and the way they all speak to and treat each other is immature.
