cried through the whole ending part as a little baby...
There has never been a drama in which I wished for the main male and female lead to get together so bad. I usually tend to avoid romantic dramas and i prefer the story without romantical aspects whatsoever. This drama turned my preferences upside down for the time being. The story is very entertaining and it just feels different. It is based on police work but turned into some supernatural horror drama and I found that so amusing. We get some jumpscares, some funny and heartwarming scenes, it will make you think about your action and whether you are taking on things the right way. I love the diversity of the cop and ''shaman'' world. The main actors are so good together that i can't even begin to describe their chemistry. And as much as I loved every single moment of it, the ending got me so bad. It was the saddest and most upsetting ending I have seen in a while and i still loved it to the core of my heart. The male lead was so funny and just loveable, the female lead just 'slay' - is all I can say. Would highly recommend to watch it, it's well worth it and you won't regret if you like dramas with horror and detective aspects. Was this review helpful to you?

Jang Bong Hwan fot the Queen!
Altho i did not agree with the ending completely cuz Jang Bong Hwan should have stayed in the body of Kim So Yeong to be forever with the King Cheol Jong, after all he loved him and im my humble opinion they were meant to be, but.. i can understand why it ended/concluded the way it did. The story was very funny, endearing, thought through, entertaining and mostly lingering. I did love it, i shared my laugh and tears. I do not regret watching it but i do regret not savouring it more. The sound effects were funny and music pretty on point. Acting was immaculate and i believed them every line of the script. I was immersed in the story and the characters. Truly spectacular kdrama to watch. Was this review helpful to you?

Was it worth it?
I started to watch this just cuz Lee Dong Wook is the main actor in this drama. Didn't really know what to expect but anything he played in is pretty good to watch, at least giving it a chance is a thing. At the beginning it was kinda ordinary and bit pissing me off because of the society and certain lead actreses role. It got really good by the end of second episode, like it spiked up in a heartbeat and I actually didn't expect that kind of plot twist but I'm living for it. The co-star Wi Ha Joon is so great, I feel like I've seen him somewhere but I can't quite put my finger on it (edi; he played the cop in Squid Game, I KNEW I SAW HIM SOMEWHERE!!). Their acting skills are spectacular and I just can't help but love Joons smile <3 it's the most beautiful and heartwarming thing in the world, it got engraved into my mind and i can't get it out. Somewhere to the end of the drama, romantic element appeard and tbh the did not need it to be included at all, felt pretty pointless more when you saw that in the end they didnt even go into any depth with it and just let it kinda go. What's more upsetting is that on Yeols place should have been K but that's only my opinion on the thing. Now HUGE SPOILER!!!
The very ending got me really sad, I understand why it turned out the way it did cuz it felt like it's necessary for the development of Wooks character and over all for the closure of the drama. They wanted to make nice and neat closure and they did it. I just can't get over the fact that K is gone, like, he's not gone for good, he just prolly disolved into Yeols personality BUT STILL from my perspective HE IS GONE and that's why I just can't rate this show 10/10 but only 9/10...

I simp for Chishiya
Not gonna lie, I really did watch this show just cuz of Chishiya and didn't really expect much from it but I was pleasantly surprised. I was only disappointed by the fact that Chishiya wasn't main character. I love the actor and the character that he represented and played (simply legend), tho I need so much more of him on screen. Call me simp or biased idc, without him, the show would't be as nearly good as it is with him in it. Also my heart bleeds for Niragi... I am at lost for words, world is shitty place and it messes up good ppl, loneliness hurts more than being hurt... Niragi, he's a bad guy but he'd say simple sorry and I'd forgive him everything... Utterly painful ending? Not actually, they make you think that but it's very good and thought through ending which also created opportunity for maybe next season. Main character suffers bit from heroic complex but that's not necessarily problem, it just feels bit cliché. Actually, this show made sense to me comparing to other similar shows, it was very nicely presented all in all. The acting, I can appreciate good acting when I see one and this is the one. Im loving it and no but also prolly yes (I don't want to admit it) it's thanks to Chichiya - im such a simp for him...Was this review helpful to you?
