That's more like it...

The ending of this episode has left me giddy and excited for what's to come next week.

When Choi and the king were together in the special quarters, all I was thinking about was "This is more like it". Why? Because to be honest, this was closer to the way how I always imagined things happening between the king and Choi.

I think Queen Jang is just reaping what she sow.

And I love how they show Queen In Hyun being more pro-active in taking back her seat.

This whole mess is one of my favorite parts of Korean history, and I'm really loving how they are showing the events here. Even if I was disappointed by how Queen In Hyun was portrayed at the beginning and I'm feeling less love for Suk Jong.

"Enjoy your seat"

"Way to go Queen In Hyun!" Yep. I actually said that when she told the new Queen Jang "Enjoy your seat." I would probably be a ball of angry and frustrated energy if I didn't know how it all goes, but since I know (at least in history) that Queen In Hyun steps back up to the throne, I'm ok with Jang "enjoying her seat." Which is obvious she's not really enjoying as much as she thought she would.

I was afraid they were going to mess up the story by changing it, but it's all really close to what I have read. And just because of that I'm really enjoying it now.

Hmmmm...

Why does this drama need over 20 episodes? I loved the first 12-13 episodes, but now it's just dragging. I'll have to activate my "Jiro tunnel vision".

He has his moments...

Sometimes CG does have his moments... Although, I still hope he and the rest of his family end up in Namhae or somewhere worse.

-Wait. Is your last name Park?

-I'm Kim

-Kim? Mrs. Kim? That's good. I have a trauma with a woman whose last name is Park.

That whole conversation had me laughing out loud.

Really...?

If Chae Won falls for the latest scheme her ex mil cooked up, she really deserves everything that will happen to her. I'm beyond believing CW is simply kind hearted, she's pabo times ten!

And purplenette is right. Everyone in this drama is just plain crazy...lol

Oh my goose...

The battle between Yang Baek and Kim Joon was amazing!! I felt an adrenaline rush, but I really wish KJ hadn't stopped because I knew YB wouldn't. Of course, Yang Baek knows he only won because KJ threw the match (and almost everyone else knows it too), see the expression on his face? He was more infuriated than before.

My heart broke when Song Kilyu was sent to kill Kim Kyung Son, but he had already taken matter into his own hands.

The late Hapha's stepson, Seung Jok, is an idiot. He should have stayed away, now a LOT of people will die because he's a mama's boy...Aigoooo.

Finally...

I was wondering when she would finally find out she took PTK's virtue...jejejejejeje

PTK is too cute and I love his angry face. Lee Jang Woo makes this drama better than it would be!

Now the serious stuff... Ji An's parents bug me...big time. Her mother acting as if her teenage daughter has gotten herself pregnant. O_o She's almost 40. Just sayin'.. But that was not my biggest problem, her dad was. How can he give her that ultimatum? I'm just gonna say they are lucky I'm not their daughter because the nicest thing of all I would have told him would have been "Screw you..."

Less KSA, More LJW...jebal!

This episode felt eternal.

The only parts I like are the ones with Park Tae Kang and his dad. They are hilarious, by themselves and even more so together. Even the doctor is starting to get on my nerves with all his craptastic jokes. *rolls eyes*

*Sigh*

I had a big, goofy grin while watching the very last part of the episode. I'm glad he finally went to her, otherwise I might have had to go in there and shake them both!

And Yoon shocked Meahri, lol... A lawyer jaywalking...jejejeje

Tsk Tsk....

Seo Yi Soo should have known better than that. I feel kind of bad for her, but she did set herself up for it.

I'm thinking this Eun..something woman was probably the biggest fall out they had all those years ago. They all seem to have fallen in love with her and consider her their first love and it might be a somewhat still sore subject by the look Do Jin shot Tae San when he mentioned her.

Sniffs & Scoffs

Song Yi really has some nerve talking to An Shim about letting go or risking danger to Kim Joon's life. She has been the one who has put him in constant danger. I think she needs to listen to her own advice and back off!

Kim Joon and An Shim are still breaking my heart!!! I want them to be together so much, but it's a doomed thing! It's like he's cursed!

*sigh*

My heart was breaking through some parts of this episode. Why can't the new and improved version on WOl Ah, An Shim, and Kim Joon just be happy together. :(

And then I felt enraged when Hapha started asking if Kim Joon liked the psycho he had for daughter. I hope he doesn't. It's going to make this drama unbearable if the two of them do get married. MY eyes are already shooting daggers as it is! *sigh*

I did it to save your life....Wait..what?

Song I is really getting on my nerves now.

Her: "Do you know why your name was removed from the trusted guards?"

Me: "Gee, I wonder why? I wonder who was the stupid *insert lots of Spanish cursing here* who caused that." *glares*

Her: "I did it to save your life."

Me: "I wonder why the heck his life even needed saving. Wasn't it because of the obsession of certain agassi?" *glares*

Her: "Please repay me with the life owed me."

Me: "You selfish, spoiled brat." *glares, grits teeth, curses*

I was actually smirking when he told her he would always keep Wol Ah in his heart, smiling when he said that the only thing he could do for her was die and nothing else, and full on happy when it was her wedding...buajajaja!!!!

In later episodes, they probably will have something and I'll be gritting my teeth and cursing her out, but right now I'm very, very satisfied that her life is miserable.

Wol Ah!!!

No!!!! I cried so much during this episode. I liked Wol Ah, even if she was the weaker one, whereas I'm starting to hate Song I. I never like the weaker female, but for some reason I could sympathize with Wol Ah, whereas I just keep telling Song I to know her place. I actually say it every time she goes on with her obsession for Kim Joon. YES! She's obsessed, not in love. He's a shiny new toy for her.

Poor Wol Ah, she didn't deserve that.

Grrr...

The previous episodes were a bit slow, not bad, just slow, but in this episode the drama picked up its pace again.

I hope they don't try to harm Wol Ah. I'm going to be so mad if something happens to her.

I like Song I less and less with each episode that passes. Why does this actress always play characters who get smitten and they always seem to think it's love? No, I don't think she is in love. I think she just wants a new possession because she is a spoiled brat who is used to always getting what she wants. And she just might once again. I hope she dies a miserable death at the end (or before) of the drama.
