these dramas both have similar themes to each other
trauma, family and friendship to name the main points
both balance the heaviness of the subject matter with breaks of light-heartedness (more so in IOTNBO) and humour.

You're All Surrounded is a bit like WATCHER [currently on its 4th ep] due to the themes of:
-Corruption in police,
-Both male leads join a team in order to find out the truth.
{MINOR SPOILER} - Murder of parent [from ep 1]

They're different in the fact You're All Surrounded seems more upbeat in parts and has a balance of romance, comedy and psychological elements whereas so far watcher seems much more focused on action and psychological elements.

So in conclusion if you liked you're all surrounded due to its psychological elements you may enjoy WATCHER.

Both follow the life of a teacher who goes from a city environment to a rural village to teach and help the kids find their dreams.
The teachers mature in both dramas and you can see their character development.
My Dream Class is a more updated version of My Teacher, Mr. Kim but both are unique and different enough to enjoy their story's as separate and i feel like each excel at different aspects.
