Started watching  Kdrama fairly recently but have always had a liking for Asian media, going back to Gojira, Zatoichi, Kurosawa, Golden Harvest, Jackie Chan, Tsui Hark, the first wave of Anime-  Gatchaman, Akira, Studio Ghibli/Miyazaki, John Woo, Ang Lee,  Stephen Chow..... The first Korean film I saw was probably  My Sassy Girl (2001) but closely followed by a whole slew of others..... and now here we are. I've started watching the best of the last 20 years roughly - mostly romcoms but occasional dramas too.
