Not really sure why this show is so highly rated. The story was mildly interesting for the first two episodes, but then it dragged on too much.

The acting was fine with most of the actors but secretary Kim's actress really didn't do it for me. Reminiscent of Kristen Stewart, she seemed to have no facial expressions (or personality for that matter), and when she did manage a smile, it looked faker than a 16 year-old's ID. I felt no chemistry with her and the male interest and that was mostly because of her.

I have no clue how I managed to finish it, maybe because I was waiting for something better to happen, like a plot-twist that she's actually a secret agent coming to reveal the company's murky operations, or a closeted spiritual person seeking information about the human energy field (did he or did he not keep saying AURA! with a flourish?), ANYTHING that would justify that high a rating. I'll pretend I was smart enough to add this to my Dropped list.

I would not recommend this show to anyone, unless you have a bunch of free time and are bored enough to not mind burning some brain cells.

I must admit, I laughed a LOT while watching this.

The actors were pretty good. I loved the unusual dynamic between Ahn Min Hyuk and Do Bong Soon, it's refreshing, not to mention adorable, he looks at her the way I look at coffee on a sleep-deprived morning.

What I didn't love is the drastic changes in tone this show seemed to have. You can't have a starry-eyed boy trying to hide the fact he's turned on in the most PG-13 way possible in one scene, and a really terrifying serial kidnapper in a dungeon filled with his victims hatching his plan in the next. I never knew how important it is for a story to choose a Genre and stick with it until now.

That god-awful song that came on every time they had a sentimental moment drove me nuts, it ruined any scene it played on. I can't say I remember any other song on the soundtrack.

I skipped most of it, except for the parts with Bong Soon because she's awesome, and Min Hyuk because how could I resist his charming fangirling over her, and his over the top gestures that cracked me up. The other parts seemed like a` waste of my life.

Don't watch it unless you wanna laugh a lot and don't mind skipping every other scene.

This show had so much potential. From the first episode I was really invested in the main character and was already excited to see how she deals with all these ridiculous beauty standards she has put up for herself and the people around her. I was expecting character development, I was expecting people to address these misconceptions they have over beauty and what makes one worthy of love and attention. I was not expecting however, for it to drag on so much without anything significant happening.

I can't say I remember anything that happened between the second episode and the fourteenth, which makes me believe this show could have been condensed into a six episode series.

The acting was fine, nothing to rave about, I don't think the actors are bad, the dialogue was. I would have loved to hear Kyung Suk to say more than three words an episode, he seemed like he could've been a more interesting character than Mi Rae. I think Mi Rae's character had so much potential to become a stronger and more self assured version of herself by the end of the series, instead they just gave us more of the same in each episode. She did grow a little spine in the last two episodes, and that's why I believe this series could've been shorter.

Another thing that was poorly done were the storylines of Yoo Jin, and Woo Young. With Yoo Jin they got us invested in his bar and his decision to leave home, and it seemed like it was leading up to something big, whether it was a relationship with Jung Boon, or him finding another way to do what he loves. Same thing with Woo Young, more than one time we saw him talking about finding someone to love, and it was heavily hinted it would end up being Hyun Jung, but nothing happened. I didn't want a happy cinderella-story ending, but it was a very poor writing decision to hype something up so much and not follow through with it until the end.

Overall, I think the main problem here is the writing. This could've been a really good way to think and talk about such an important topic, I'm sure it would have helped a lot of young girls who I know watch these shows religiously and probably compare themselves to beautiful actors, and think this is what they should look like.

Such a beautiful story with amazing actors and even more amazing characters. I found myself laughing out loud at parts and crying at others. I can see myself missing these characters in a week and sneaking into my room to revisit them.

Only thing that bothered me was the story-line of the Grim reaper and Sunny, it felt really stretched out and I know they had a connection because of their past lives but we didn't see them actually getting to know each other in their current one, and the fact they kept breaking up and getting back together seemed redundant.

Overall, I LOVED this show and would recommend it to anyone who likes a supernatural yet mundane story of love and friendship.
