I just finished the drama and all I can say is; I loved it.

The story is interesting, it catched my attetion as soon as I read it. The actors are great and the characters whom they play are really interesting. The background music is good and I'm sure I'll re-watch the whole drama within a few days because I liked it so much :)

I think that the plot is really original, it's way more than your usual good vs. bad battle you see in other supernatural drama's.
This drama asks the questions everybody copes with while warching the serie; "What is good? What is bad" "Is doing the social right thing, really the best thing to do?" "Who decides what's wrong?" "When doing the wrong thing will save many others, is it still not the right thing to do?"

The drama is about 2 guys who are exceptionally gifted with a special power yet are cursed at the same time.... They never asked to be born with those powers, they just happen to have them. It's not always nice to posses something others don't have. Because when you're special, you're different from others.
Being special, being able to do inhuman things causes the people around you to envy, hate or wanna use you. When you make one decision, it'll always have consequences for another. People judge them based on their personal ideas or situations and get mad when they don't act according to their ideas. But who gets to decides what the right decision is? Society? The people with power? The people with money? Or them...?

Both Nishikido Ryo and Takizawa Hideaki are great actors and portray their character perfectly if you ask me. They are able to keep their own personality through the story even though you'll see that they, just like the people around them, slowly start to change. Even though they change they won't lose their personality, something I really liked (which happens often in drama's).

Even though this drama has only 9 episodes (there were circumstances during the filming, I read that both actors got sick or something) I liked the ending. I know not everyone will agree with me but it's better than I expected and quite fitting with the rest of the story.

To make a long story short; if you like supernatural drama's with a lot deep psychological moments this is an absolute must watch :)

Don't we all have hopes for the future? Don't we -used to- have dreams we would like to see fulfilled one day? But how often are we holding ourselves back, saying it's simply not possible? Don't we all have felt like giving up at one point?...
At times like that we need friends who help us, who'll reach their hand out, who'll walk the difficult and hard path towards that faraway dream. Because sometimes you simply can't do it alone. And why should you have to, if you have friends by your side who are willing to support you?

If you ask me that's the main thought of the whole drama. People aren't born strong. When they're alone they'll often feel insecure and won't be able to do what they truly want. People are able to get stronger when they have the unconditional support from friends though, people who'll stand by their side no matter what. People who'll fight for them. Who'll bring happiness but also lighten the pain and sadness.

But what Tumbling teaches you is that those people, your dear friends, are also only humans. They will also get hurt, feel insecure, get angry, lonely or frustrated. They're also capable of losing hope or making wrong choices. And just as they help you, you should support them when they need it.

Tumbling is a really amazing and very touching drama. I am simply yet madly in love with it.

At first I thought the drama would only be about Tumbling itself and bullying but it deals with so much more than that, it honestly surprised me, in a good way. In my opinion the actors are the ones who make the drama as great as it is, every character has it's own role within the story and gets the opportunity to grow and change slowly.

Tumbling sounds like a typical sport drama but it's so much more than that. Besides the sport itself it deals with your normal teenage problems, insecurity, loneliness, violence, sadness but mainly about hopes, dreams and above all; friendship.

It's really hard for me to explain what I love about the drama without spoiling too much but I guess it's the way the characters develop themselves. Even though Wataru starts off as your typical delinquent, he turns out to be so much more. And not only him, everyone in the drama gets a moment to shine.

Even though there are cheesy or cliché moments I think the drama pulled everything off perfectly fine, the story is simple yet really touching at moments and the actors are all simply amazing.

How far would you go to help another person? How much pain would you be willing to take yourself to heal a stranger? If you were able to help other, would you do it even if it means endangering your own life?...

Kids is a touching and unique story about a young man, Asato, who has supernatural powers. When he meets Takeo his life slowly changes, he gains a precious friend for life. However, the movie isn't all that sweet. When Asato discovers his ability to heal scars/wounds it's the start of the following events.

The rest of the movie is about how Asato slowly learns the value of life and himself while Takeo slowly starts to change as well.

Even though I think the story and the actors are great I should say; It's not a movie for everyone. If you like supernatural powers, don't mind some slow paced moments and drama then I highly recommend this movie. Just don't expect a flashy or horror like movie, it's not for you then. The movie isn't just about a guy with special powers, it's about what made him whom he is now and how he slowly changes while helping and at the same time depending on his first real friend; Takeo.

To make a long story short; It's a movie with some deeper psychological moments in it, the acting is (in my opinion) really well done, the story is original and I simply fell in love with both actors :) A must see for almost everyone :)

I just finished this drama and like to share my opinion.
Kurosagi is a drama about swindling and has, for me, a rather fresh story line. The episodes are interesting though a little predictable or repetitive after seeing a few but it's not bad.
I liked Kurosagi's character a lot, he's the reason why I completed the drama after all. I think the actor did a good job, he played the different characters well and without him I would've dropped the drama long ago, the other characters aren't nearly as likeable or interesting.
Even though I liked this serie there are 2 main points I really, really disliked;

First; the supporting characters are extremely useless. They seem to have no ability to make decisions at all [cough, tsurara, cough] and end up being quite unlikeable in my eyes. I feel like they've done a rather bad job at writing their characters, they're not getting anywhere with them or they're even hindering Kurosagi. I understand what they're trying to do by making them act the way they do, it's just that the actors aren't pulling it off in the right way if you ask me. That doesn't mean they're bad actors, it's just that it seems there's something missing or lacking which leaves them rahter bland and unimportant.

Second; The ending. I won't spoil anything but seriously, they came up with that? It's just very, very... different from what I hoped, it's not even close to something satisfactory if you ask me.
I think that an ending should be the climax of the story, this just wasn't what you'd expect seeing the rest of the story. It feels rather rushed and doesn't match with the previous plot, really a shame because it kind of ruined my opinion on the rest of the drama.
Also the final scene's are rather predictable, not emotional at all [which it's probably meant to be] which is a shame, I feel they could've done so much more but just decided not to...

Despite my complains I do recommend this if you like to see a little action, psychological play and just a hint of romance. I'm just warning you that I think the story, except for Kurosagi's swindling parts, are rather blandly written. It's not bad, it's just... lacking something.

I expected so much more of this serie so I got a little disappointed. Even if I'm trying to be neutral it isn't a great drama. Is the plot amazing, has it plenty interesting plot twists or a lot mysterious and interesint side characters? No.
Is it entertaining and interesting to watch the next episode? Yes.

If you don't start this drama with high expectations {like I did}, you'll probably feel differently about it than me and like it a lot more :)
