The beginning of the epic Moonstone Trilogy. Cast, superb. Story was complex as it's characters. Backstory for each key role was also beautifully written. Some scenes could've been cut shorter so that it didn't feel like a filler episode. But it's ok, still needed a lot of free time to watch this one.

ML and FL was fated since they were kids. Best friends that were also separated by circumstances that involved their parents. Both didn't have ideal childhood but still managed to have a good life even when they were apart.

They met again as adults with their push and pull relationship as they didn't have any idea of their childhood friendship. After a while, they still managed to fall in love even through the challenges brought by his profession and her destiny.

This story can make you smile or make your heart sigh, can make you laugh or cry at times. Plus the fight scenes which added a little spice to the story. Words like family, friendship, love, responsibility, destiny came to mind after watching this.
