The last third of the film is rather touching, but doesn't really make up for the fact that I wasted 45 minutes watching the first part. I will say it does a good job showing how much hard work it is to lose weight, but it's timeline for that weight loss is completely ridiculous.
The end was satisfying, but completely cliché. I won't be watching this one again.

The acting was generally bad also, except for the main female actress. The mysterious male lead was a cringefest.
I did finished it without too much struggle, and while the ending did give us some answers, it seemed to be starting a whole other story which we will never get to know about. I wouldn't recommend it to someone unless they are a huge vampire fan and I have no desire to rewatch it.

I wouldn't rewatch the whole thing, but I admit to already rewatching the kissing scenes. *fans myself*

Not much food porn to report either. Each episode was centered on a different dish, but don't expect delicious looking food shots that make your mouth drool. I think the only reason I finished it was because the episodes were so short. I'm not willing to rewatch this. There are other much more entertaining things to watch in my opinion.

It was hard for me to watch it since I didn't care for much for characterization and the plot seemed like it was trying it's hardest to be purposefully mysterious and symbolic. I suggest fast forwarding thru the first half.
