In Depth Review
For those of you who like to know what you're getting into:
FL returns home after three years abroad and learns that ML is dead. Except not really, she soon finds out that he's alive but her once best friend now hates her because her family destroyed his. Now he owns a farm left to him by an ex wife and has an adopted daughter. While the FL is trying to do everything she can to get him to forgive her for her family's deeds.
FL has a sister that used to date ML which could have been utilized for a longer and better storyline, but she has acid thrown in her face and is killed off within the first few episodes. Then commences a long tug of war in which the FL and ML take turns hating each other and causing each other pain.
The male lead is constantly using other women to get revenge on the FL and just when the ML realizes he loves FL. Of course, she starts to hate him. Throw in a few psycho exes and miscarriage and you've got a soap opera. The story really dragged on for those forty episodes.
Pos: The ML and FL clearly both love each other deeply.
Con: The story could have been done so much better, with less repetitive arguments and more actual drama.
