Short and Swwet
I had seen this title a couple years ago but wasn't very interested in it. I wasn't even sure how a format like this would work so I didn't give it a chance. The other day it came up again and I decided to give it a chance and I was greatly surprised when I realized that all the guys in the show were members of SF9. I have recently discovered them due to two of their members being on Imitation and competing in Kingdom: Legendary War.
The writing is not original but very cute with how each of the storylines are written and wrapped up very nicely. I decided to watch every storyline but chose Chani's first. I like how you can go back and choose a different path and the story still seems fresh. I give a lot of credit to the young actress who has to play these different emotions. One could argue that it seems silly if she could fall for these different guys but that's the twist of the story. That in each pathway you do believe it.
Part of me wishes this had been a longer drama with more choices but at the same time I'm glad that it still feels complete regardless of the fact that each storyline only gets two specific episodes for it.
The music is cute and peppy and does well to move the story along. I'm assuming it's the group singing.
I had to laugh at the references to the group and that the name of the school is their old group name, as well as the reference to the number nine.
I really haven't watched the four main guys act before but they handle their characters very well.
I think this is definitely a good choice for a light easy watch on a weekend when you have some time to kill. I know that while I have watched all the pathways and know how they end I will probably watch it again. This is definitely not the kind of show where you can watch all of the episodes in order even if you've already watched it because it would just be awkward to do it that way.
