You Are My Hero is the kind of drama you should watch if you crave for a light and heart-warming story. However I do not think it needed to 40 episodes!

I was pleasantly surprised by this show. The acting was good. I thought the story was pretty good. It was a good quality series with good writing and acting.

THE STORY: 10/10
I really enjoyed how simple and attractive this romance was. Most of the characters had good character development.
Xing Ke Lei (ML) is charming, handsome, and good . He is a Captain of Special Police Team. Mi Ka (FL) is an aspiring doctor, she is strong and caring person. I enjoyed the easy caring relationship between the Shao Yu Han and Mi Ka.

THE CAST/ACTING: 10/10
I'm just so thankful to Bai Jing Ting for having portrayed as Xing Ke Lei perfectly. He embraced the character and brought such an authentic acting to the viewers.

THE CHEMISTRY: 10/10
The leads chemistry was good but in some areas I felt it was dragged out a bit.

MUSIC: 10/10
All the songs are good and smoothing. They are all suitable with the story.

All in all, this drama was enoyable but it could have been 20 episodes not 40.
Definitely 9/10 for me and I would not watch again.
